Harry wasn't exactly sure how he ended up here.
He was sure he hadn't done anything to drastic for him to end up in this situation.

He had been lied to all his life. First with the Dursleys, then with whole magical Britain. Everyone lied to him or shunned him for their own selfish reasons. Even his so called best friends. Who did they think they were?

First acting all innocent and acting like friends, and before you know it, they turn against you because of things you can't even control. Looking back he really should've seen the signs.

Ron has always been jealous of him. In the first year for getting in the quidditch team, second year for hiding the fact that he was a parseltongue and so on. He'd never even tried to hide his jealousy. The moment something happened that could cause Harry to gain more fame, he was spreading rumours or gossiping with their dormmates behind his back.

And don't even get him started on Hermione. He was used to downplay his intelligence with the Dursleys, because how could a freak score higher than their sweet pumpkin. So when he was accepted into Hogwarts he hoped he could be a bit more himself, but no. The only course he didn't pretend to be dumb in was DADA. And that was purely because he enjoyed the subject immensely. But in all the other subjects he had to play the dumb golden boy.

He didn't know why he had let Dumbledore's manipulations go this far, but he was certain of one thing. He wasn't the only person who got caught up in his web of lies and deceit. He was fairly certain one 'Tom Riddle' encountered the same problem. But at this point everything had gone to far to stop it. He couldn't exactly resign from the war now could he?

Voldemort had been defeated some time ago. But after his dead something, or should he say someone, interesting came by. Dumbledore stood there tall and proud as if he hadn't just mad Harry fight a dark lord on his own. Hermione and Ron seemed way to pleased to not know anything about it, so he did the only thing any sleep-deprived, high on adrenaline kid would do and yelled at them.

He asked them how they could do this to him, how long they'd known and so on. Apparently they knew from the beginning he never died. Dumbledore said he was never hit with the killing curse nor ever fell of the astronomy tower. No the 'Dumbledore' that died that night was a golem.

He had the whole British wizarding community mourn about a golem. And as if that wasn't enough, when he came back everyone treated Dumbledore as the hero as if he just vanquished lord Voldemort. He immediately took back his role as 'leader of the light' and started making stupid decisions. But the stupidest had been made yesterday.

By now he had almost everyone on the wizengamot on his side. There were still some stubborn neutrals but even they began to succumb to the light. The entire dark section was wiped out though which meant there was a huge imbalance. Most of the bills nowadays pass but in the most recent one was a huge stupid idea. The idea was to remove the statue of secrecy and thus reveal magic to all muggles.

The neutrals obviously saw the huge problem with this. It was commonly known in neutral and dark families: all the things people don't understand, they fear. And magic isn't exactly easy to grasp. Certainly to scientist who have been researching the way things work. But the light saw no problem with this and just accepted the bill without thinking.

This brings us to the present. 4 months had passed after this happened. Magic had been revealed to muggles in a speech. They quite literally announced to the whole world that wizards and witches were real, even tho some magical communities weren't ready for it yet. In those 4 months, 3/4 of the magicals have been wiped out. Magical Britain became an outcast amongst the magical communities and no one else was really prepared to help them. It was fair because they started this huge mess.

The worst thing was the 'light' families never saw any problems. They just straight up ignored every problem.

Harry looked down at his hands. He saw all the scars on them, the most prominent one was the scar he got in 5th year. Now that he thought back at it, he'd rather relive her detentions again than deal with this situation. And those detentions were the worst. I mean who would want to sit in an obnoxious bright pink room while hundreds of cats were looking at him watching every move. No those were very bad.

After a while he felt something on his cheek. First he thought it could be rain, because he was still in Britain, but when he looked up for a second he realized it was a tear. So he sat there. On a parkbench in nightfall crying. Merlin, he probably looked so pathetic now. Despite his situation, he let out a chuckle. He knew there wasn't much time for him anymore, but at this point he'd rather die than to keep fighting for his life.

He'd finally be back with his family. He would see them all again and live their best dead life. He smiled at that idea and in that moment he made a decision, which would change his life forever. He stood up and allowed his feet to drag him to the road at the side of the park. The road wasn't that busy so he looked around. He quickly took out his invisibility cloak out and covered himself with it. He smiled and stepped up the road and waited.

After some time he finally saw his release. A car was coming at him at a high speed. And before he knew it he was hit. He knew he couldn't survive the hit so he just kept laying there. At some point he will die of bloodloss right? He saw another car coming and smiled. One last time he allowed his lips to form a smile. Then it went black.

My first language is not English as you have probably noticed in this chapter. This is also my first fanfic so if anyone could give me some tips that would be awesome. I update when I can so please don't expect weekly updates.
