"Dad?.." Techno mumbled as he looked out of the Window in the livingroom

"yea Tech? Whats up?" Phil replied , he was reading one of his books while Techno was watching TV and Wilbur was up in his room

"Why is Tommys social worker here?" Techno asked him , immediatly he looked out to see the social worker and then to his son. Techno didnt show many emotions but at that moment he saw worry and concern in his eyes.

"i.. i dont know" Phil said confused as he stood up putting his book on the table "i didnt call them and the next check up is next week if i remember corectly" He told his middle child , Wilbur was the oldest and even if Tommy was not adopted yet he saw him as his youngest. "maybe- just maybe- Tommy called her?.." and right when the youngest was mentioned footsteps were heard rushed down the stairs

"Phil." Tommy started as he entered the livingroom with tearing eyes "why is Ellie here? the next check up is in five days , 3 hours and 25 minutes." he sniffed

"i dont know Tommy , i promise i didnt call her" Phil answered walking up to Tommy and putting a hand on his cheek with a soft smile "I would never call her and you know that, i hope this is a big misunderstanding" He sighed to himself right before the doorbell rang. Phil gave one last assuring and soft smile to Tommy before going to open the door

"Hello Ellie, may i ask why you're here?" Phil greeted her

"hey Phil , im here to get Tommy?" She said confused and slighly sad , she knew how hard it must be for Tommy to leave once again

"But neither Tommy or I called? and i know my boys didnt call because i told them to speak to me if there were any problems" He told her as he let her in and closed the door behind them before walking into the livingroom togheter with her to see Techno and Tommy sitting on the couch , Tommy leaning on Techno crying

"Hey Toms.. can you go get your stuff?" She softly spoke to him , Tommy looked up at Techno with a soft and sad smile as he slowly stood up

"he will not get his stuff. He will stay Ellie. I didnt call and so he gets to stay if he doesnt want to leave. End. Of. Discussion" Phil said strictly

"Phil , even if this is just a misunderstanding i have to take him with me for now , If we find out who called and you're really good to him then he can come back but if we find out what the caller said about you neglacing him then we will find a new house for him." Ellie explained to them.

"does.. does what i say count if i go with you now?" Tommy quitly spoke up

"of course it will , i promise. Now please get some of your stuff ,you will need it for the next few days" She smiled at him and tommy nodded taking Technos hand and pulling him with him to his room. Once they were gone Phil spoke up again

"can the boys atleast stay in contact while hes gone? It would break Technos heart to be apart from him again"

"Only Techno? what about Wilbur?" She asked confused

"hes good with Tommy but he doesnt know whats conection those two , its their decision when to tell him and hes been kinda distant now" Phil sighed

"Phil.. i think Wilbur might be the one who called.. talk about it once we're gone yea? I can only have tommy with me for a few days before i have to search a new family for him" She saddly told him and Phil nodded, right then Techno , Tommy and Wilbur came down togheter

"whats going on? Why does Tommy have his stuff?!" Wilbur demanded as he ran down with them

"Say bye to Tommy for now , Phil will explain it to you once we're gone" Ellie said and walked to the car to wait for Tommy. Techno was quick to pull the boy into a tight hug whispering small promises
