Permashifting and respawning are two completely different things. I'm saying that because people often think they're the same.
I think respawning is worse than permashifting. I'm not stopping anyone from doing it. It's not my decision to do that.
Ok. So permashifting is you decide you want to stay in your DR or WR forever. You won't go back to the CR. Now some people stay for a long time and then come back. But most don't, they stay there forever.
Now respawning. Respawning is where you stay in you DR forever. I know it sounds the same as permashifting but it's different I swear. That's because they also write in their script to forget this reality. They won't remember this reality and instead live in their DR.
People are getting concerned though. It's because more and more minors are permashifting and respawning.
So if you respawn your DR is the only reality you know. Now you can script to be able to shift whenever. That's a smart idea. Sometimes people respawn to be in their waiting room (WR). They just script out to have everything they need. Like water,food,etc.
They can still shift to their DR though. Permashifting. So like I said they stay there forever or maybe just a few years. Now once you respawn or permashift. The time changes. You script for time in CR to be different than DR. Like (CR) 1 min=1 hour (DR). That's the average or just normal time people script out. Now when you permashift or respawn. That changes. Instead of my example. It'll be 1 hour= 1 hour. That's because it's your real world now.
