" something so becoming than having a daughter or a sister "

"everyone....i have a boyfriend~!" eri exclaimed, throwing her arms out. her smile was almost blinding as she looked at every one of their faces. she expected to hear congratulations. but she was only met with silence. deafening silence. 

every single one of the leaders of housen stared at her with either shocked facial expressions or petrified looks. but as much as they were shocked by the news, they were more worried about yuken's reaction. 

yuken odajima saw his entire life flash before his eyes. and most of those memories were of him practically taking care and raising his baby sister, eri odajima. from when she was born, the first time he held her, the first time he learned how to change her diapers, how he taught her how to walk, her first words ( which was 'yu' because she couldn't pronounce his name fully ), the day he walked her to school for the first time ever, all the way up until now. 

he remembers the day he protected her against mean girls who used to pick on her for the smallest things, he was there when she won her very first school trophy ( it was for a science contest ), he was there when she had her very first dance recital, the first time she lost her tooth, he even taught her how to ride a bike and even how to defend herself in case he wasn't there to do so. 

eri, in many ways, is yuken's baby. when their parents were too busy working to even really pay attention to anything she was doing, he stepped up to raise her. he spoiled her with everything she wanted and needed, he could never say no to her. if she wanted it, yuken got it for her. no questions asked. and because of that, this news nearly made him faint. 

and his heart broke upon realizing that his baby sister was growing up. she wasn't the little girl he raised anymore and that made his heart break. but he knew that he would be hurting her even more if he were to explode over this. 

"......that's great!" yuken forced out, pulling his most convincing smile. he held his arms open for her to hug. 

eri, not suspecting anything, smiled and ran into his arms. hugging him by his waist as he hugged back. "i'm so happy!" she beamed happily. "i can't wait for you to meet him!" 

"and i can't wait to meet him." he chuckled out. but internally, he was screaming his entire head off. the entire time he was hugging her, he was screaming like a banshee. cursing up a storm, envisioning murder, the entire works. 

the other leaders looked at each other with worried expressions before they simultaneously looked at yuken, who was just chuckling and hugging his little sister. they could tell he was probably plotting murder in his mind, even though his smile and chuckle was extremely convincing. 

sachio understood what he was going through. when his own baby sister, yue, started dating sawamura, he nearly murdered him on the spot. and while sachio did recover ( with sawamura being a trusted member so he learned to trust him with his sister ), he was afraid that yuken was not going to recover so easily. 

especially since whoever eri is dating is a stranger to housen. so that was a lot worse in his eyes.

but....little did they know, this boyfriend of eri's was closer to them than they thought. especially with him being a fellow delinquent. what would yuken think when he finds out his baby sister is dating the leader of the full time students in oya high....
