Dani pov

"I love you." She says

I look at her, a bit shocked that she would say that. "I love you too. But.. that was a really bad timing.." 

She blushes even more. "im sorry.."

"its okay." i smile to reassure her.

she looks at me and says, "do you think your dad heard it?"

I chuckle. "Nope. He's deaf." I say jokingly.

"Haha!" She laughs

"So.. when he's gone.. will you be my girlfriend?" She whispers into my ear.

I was shocked. "W-what?"

She sighs disappointingly "never-"

I cut off her sentence. 

"Yes."

Her smile was wider than before. She hugs me tightly.

"Haerin! My dad is here." I mumble.

She looks at my dad once more. He was looking at us deeply. She let go, looking at the view.

I saw my dad threw me an angry glance but still managed to stay in his seat.

As soon as we got off of the beach, my father took me away from my friends and haerin.

He grips tightly onto my shoulder. "Tell me why she was hugging you so tightly." He says, gritting his teeth together.

"I-I uh." I stammer. "In school I helped her grade go up my studying with her."

He gives me 'that look' but pushes me away from him, making me stumble on Han.

"Ah! Sorry han!" I apologize.

"No worries." He chuckles.

I bow at him and went to Yuna who was acting suspicious.

"Yuns? Are you alright? You seem.. sad?"

She nod her head. "I'm fine." She says sadly.

I eye her, "I know when you're lying."

"Hmph. Fine. I'm just.. scared that Chaeryeong won't love me anymore. She has been hanging out with... uhhh. I think their names were Yeji and Ryujin?"

"H-huh Yeji and Ryujin? Like my friends?" 

"I don't know.." Yuna sighs

I pay her back, "it's okay. I know she won't. She will never!" She smiles sadly at me.

Flashback

(Yesterday)

I heard someone calling me so I stoped whatever I was doing in my room and I picked it up. Before I did, i put my book away in my desk.

I picked it up.

"Hello?"

"Hi" an unfamiliar voice responded. I guess I should've checked the id.

"Who is this?" I ask

"Chaeryeong."

Chaeryeong! Like Yunas girlfriend!

"Yunas girlfriend?"

"Yea."

"Okay wassup?"

"Okay I have a plan.. I'm going to act like I don't love her."

"Wait.. why?"

She snickers, "so i can surprise her. I bought us a new home..!"

I was shocked. "How far away is it?"

"Like 30 minutes?"

"Mkk"

"So yeah that's the plan. You down?"

"Mhm.. although.. how did you get my number?"

"Oh uh. From Ryujin who got it from yeji." She explained.

"And how long do we have to do this?"

"Until I call you saying you can stop."

"oh okay. Well I have to go now."

"Okay bye! Save my contact!"

"Bye, I will!"

I ended the call

"Are you sure?" She looks into my eyes.

I looked at her confused. "What do you mean, 'are you sure'?" I exclaimed 

"Are you sure she loves me?"

"Duhh!"
