INT. CHAEYOUNG'S APARTMENT - NIGHT
Chaeyoung sits on her couch, her gaze distant, lost in her thoughts. The room is dimly lit, with a sense of melancholy hanging in the air. Suddenly, a soft melody fills the room, seemingly coming from nowhere.
CHAENG'S IMAGINATION
(whispering)
Mina... Is that you?
Chaeyoung looks around, her heart pounding with a mix of anticipation and trepidation. She catches glimpses of Mina, fleeting apparitions that appear and disappear within the corners of her vision.
CHAENG'S IMAGINATION
(teary-eyed)
Why do I keep seeing you, Mina? Are you trying to tell me something?
Just as she reaches out to touch one of the apparitions, the front door slams open. Jeongyeon, Chaeyoung's close friend, storms into the apartment, her face filled with anger.
JEONGYEON
(frustrated)
Chaeyoung, what's going on? I went to the pharmacy to pick up your prescribed medicine, but it's still untouched! You haven't been taking care of yourself!
Chaeyoung looks down guiltily, her heart sinking as she realizes the impact her grief has had on her well-being.
CHAENG'S IMAGINATION
(whispering)
It's my fault... I've neglected myself, and now it's affecting those around me.
CHAENG'S IMAGINATION (CONT'D)
(resolute)
I need to face the truth and take care of myself, for Mina and for the people who care about me.
Chaeyoung takes a deep breath, mustering her strength and determination.
CHAEYOUNG
(apologetic)
Jeongyeon, I'm sorry. I haven't been taking care of myself, but I promise to change that. I need to face my grief head-on and find a way to heal.
Jeongyeon's anger softens, replaced by concern and empathy.
JEONGYEON
(gently)
Chaeyoung, I understand your pain, but you can't keep isolating yourself. Lean on your friends, let us help you through this difficult time.
Chaeyoung nods, gratitude and determination shining in her eyes.
CHAEYOUNG
(firmly)
You're right, Jeongyeon. I won't let grief consume me anymore. I'll seek the support I need and take care of myself, just like Mina would want me to.
As the soft melody continues to play in the background, Chaeyoung and Jeongyeon share a meaningful embrace, their friendship strengthening in the face of adversity.
