Thoughts can be taken in both good and bad ways but here let's just look for bad one's first

OVERTHINKING...
There may be so many people right here who would be overthinking their whole time.. day and night!!!
It just always does harm.No good.
Even when nothing had happened yet you might be living in an illusion of something is happening or would happen.You don't live in the moment and illusionally dream something you are afraid off.

Solution:
1)Meditation is the best way to
stop overthinking

2)Be the busiest person alive right there .

3)Music is therapy to divert your mind somewhere else

4)Sleep:I mean I literally sleep
to stop thinking about things
Looks like a better escape

5)Write things up and burn the
paper.IT HELPS TRUST ME!

6)Develop confidence in yourself
There are lot of people who have
less confidence and would
always think they will mess up
In some or other way in everything.

GOOD THINKING SKILLS

Everything has a positive and a negative side. Many people will tell you to focus on positive sides always and filter out negative sides. But I ll tell you something different then those many people.
Focus on both positive and negative sides as well. Positive sides will teach you and encourage you to do something but negative sides will show you the mistakes happened from you to the cause of formation of a negative thing.

Example:
Suppose you are late to your work and you are stuck in a traffic.You have a meeting
Positive side: teaches you patience and to be calm
Negative side:You know you are going to be scolded by your boss or whoever your leader is
You will miss the meeting

Here actually the situation is more negative to be honest but it is telling you the exact problem and consequence
So now you have to think about something which can overcome your negetive situation
Being patient and calm is a real important thing.

Now the solution is easy:
1)Inform your boss you will be late due to traffic and apologise in advance.
2)Ask your partner or work mate to inform things happened in meeting.
3)Ask permission from the boss or leader for you to join online for that particular meeting so you won't miss.

SO ACCEPT THE POSITIVE AND CHANGE THE NEGATIVE...
