The girls had planned this trip for months. They were all best friends, and they wanted to spend some quality time together before they all went off to college in different parts of the country. They rented a cabin in the woods, packed up their gear, and set off for a weekend of hiking, swimming, and telling ghost stories around the campfire.

Everything was going great until the second night, when they heard a strange noise outside. At first, they thought it was just an animal, but as the noise grew louder, they realized it was something else entirely.

They huddled together in the cabin, listening to the sounds of someone moving around outside. They tried to stay calm, but their nerves were frayed. They had no idea who or what was out there, and they were scared.

Then, just as suddenly as the noise had started, it stopped. They waited for a few minutes, but nothing else happened. They started to relax, thinking that maybe it had just been a passing hiker or a lost camper.

But they were wrong.

The next morning, they woke up to find that their supplies had been stolen. Their food, their water, even their clothes were gone. They searched the area, but there was no sign of anyone. They were completely alone, with no way to call for help.

As the day wore on, they started to notice other strange things happening. Footprints in the dirt that didn't belong to any of them. A strange smell that seemed to be following them wherever they went. And then, in the late afternoon, they saw him.

He was a tall, thin man with a wild look in his eyes. He was wearing ragged clothes and carrying a rusty machete. He didn't say anything, but they could tell from the way he was staring at them that he meant them harm.

They ran back to the cabin and locked the door, but they knew it wouldn't hold him for long. They had to find a way out, and fast.

They searched the cabin for anything they could use to defend themselves. They found a hunting knife, a hatchet, and a can of bear spray. They knew it wasn't much, but it was better than nothing.

They barricaded the door and waited, listening to the sound of the man trying to break in. They could hear him laughing and shouting, taunting them. They knew they had to fight.
