They say that stereotypes tell who you are. That you cant be who you really are: only what you seem to be. I say that all those stereotypes are bullshit. Having blond hair and wearing mini skirts doesn't make you a cheerleader. It makes you a girl with blond hair who wears mini skirts. I have blond hair and wear mini skirts. Yes I'm a cheerleader but I don't act like one of those cheerleaders who thinks they are perfect and date the captain of the football team. I mean... I do date the captain of the football team (Michael) but I don't like him. We do it for the popularity. Both of us. He likes my best friend Keri. and I like his best friend Danny. Danny is a football player. QB. Keri is a cheerleader. Flyer. I am a cheerleader. Back spot. Michael is a football player. Left tackle. Danny has a girlfriend. My sisters best friend Kayla. Keri has a boyfriend. Danny's brother Lucas. As you can see, this is a mixed up world of mine. But here's the catch, I live in Connecticut now, and they still live in California. My sister, Keri, Danny, Michael and my parents. I'm still dating Michael. I moved in with my cousins because I go to a private school here. This week I'm going home for summer vacation. I get out 3 weeks before my sister and everyone. I'm going to surprise them because they have NO idea I'm coming. Only mom and dad.

My sister's school. one week later.

"This year is a year of hardship and strength. For me, it was because my sister moved away to Connecticut. For others, like my best friend, her parents got divorced. For many others, it was just school and friends in general. Those were just our hardships. But those hardships became strengths. We brought 25 foreign exchange students into our school. We taught them new languages. Helped them become better with English. We have taught the freshman how this school works. Showing them the sports and activities they are able to do. We have said good-bye to seniors going off to college. We have made a change in peoples' lives. So, being the pep chair of 2010 and 2011, I, Leigh, invite you to cheer for your 2010 and 2011 cheerleaders and football players," my sister says.

Everyone stands up and cheers. I told the cheer and football coach to hold off because I wanted to surprise Leigh. The music started Kevin Rudolf's Let It Rock.

I ran out and did a front tuck, roundoff, back handspring, double back tuck, turning side split, turning wolf jump, front handspring full twist, front layout, side split, roundoff, back handspring, double back pike. Leigh looked confused as I ran up to her when the cheerleaders did their routine after I ran to the sidelines.

"Leigh?" I said out of breath.

"OMG YOU'RE HERE!" she screamed. She hugged me tight and wouldn't let go. I heard feet run up to me. I let go of Leigh and turned to see Michael with his arms open. I ran into them. I did miss him. We didn't like each other like that, like I said, but he was still my friend and we were really close. I let go and turned to Danny.

"You look hot," Danny said nonchalantly.

I laughed and hugged him. "You're still adorable."

"Thank you."

"Keri!" I shrieked as she ran down the stands to hug me. "I missed you so much!"

"I missed you more hun!" She was crying. I mean, who wouldn't we havent seen each other in a year and we are best friends.

"Don't cry Keri Bear! I'm here now!"

She brushed the tears off of her cheeks. "I know! I missed you so much Annie!"

"I missed you to Keri!"
