drowning

I'm suffocating.
I'm drowning in an everlasting ocean of emotions.
With each stroke of my arms,
Flailing for life, for safety, for just one breath of sweet serenity
That saving grace
Is left without satisfaction.
What started as strong motion,
What had such determination
Such spirit
Such hope
Has simply diminished
There's nothing left.
There are only weak,
Some would say unnoticeable,
Movements of what's left of a girl that once was.
And as she sinks lower
She only sees his face
Sees the warmth.
And it's so nice.
It's nice to feel one moment of saving grace
Before
Its
All
Over.
