I was beginning to loose hope of ever escaping the depths of my consciousness. I had already Endured forgetting my locker combination, Coming to school with No pants on, and failing my report card. I know all those things sound silly, but when the reality of a nightmare has not been realized, the dread inside your head is unbearable.
Now, I was facing my deepest fear: the truth. I was standing in a barren desert. The ground was dry and cracked and there was no water insight. Part of me knew that what I was seeing wasn't real, but that part was stifled whenever ѕнє appeared. 'She' was an exact replica of me. From the long black hair, to the wide hips, and blue eyes. She looked at me comprehensively, as if imagining me as her next meal. After what felt like millennia she moved. Every motion that she made increased my pulse until my heart felt like it would burst out of my chest. Then she stopped moving.
