Though it was slightly difficult to choose, I would say @TallGlassOfLemonade.
I chose Maximus Prime because of their easy going spirit during conversations and wild but incredible ideas for storylines and plots.

I do not laugh often... I am having to practice smiling for Primus' sake.
There has been one time that I have laughed out loud during my entire time on the internet.
