Issei's a Dragon!?

A/N Ignore the versus battle aesthetic! Imagine it as Issei hugging Gohan close to him as they are out on their little friend-date, as they are waiting for Goku to wake up from his sleep. But with the Dragon balls Essentially inert, Issei will not be capable of saving his parent's lives. Also in this story, Issei's parents were killed by Demon King Piccolo when he was searching for the Dragon balls and happened across them as children and they had a Dragon ball in their possession, and he killed them for it as Goku and his friends revived everyone killed by Demon King Piccolo. Let's get started! 

Issei was sleeping on the bed within the lookout as Piccolo had watched over him whilst the others had made their moves in order to get to his location. After sensing his power increase, it was definitely going to be a shocker when they see how powerful he is now compared to how he originally was before his fusion with Kami. But with the problem of Cell now dealt with, they could now focus all their time on the androids roaming about the Earth. With Gohan, she had felt Issei's power increase to Super Saiyan levels and beyond that and was completely scared for the wellbeing of her best friend and crush. So she was currently flying towards the lookout where her master was last seen heading too as she saw the giant floating platform in the distance. As she neared the place, she noticed that Piccolo was standing near the edge of the platform looking in her direction since she was the first one and the closest one to sense the power being thrown about. Landing in front of her master she saw his face was one of anger as well as somber as he stared off into the distance. "Mr. Piccolo! What happened?!" Gohan asked, as she ran over to him. "Well do you want the short version or the long version?" Piccolo asked, as he stared at his student. "The short version." Gohan said, as she was still as a board listening. "As it turned out there was another android created by Dr. Gero, but this one came from Trunks' timeline as it wanted to absorb androids 17 and 18 in order to achieve perfection. While Issei flew out to Ginger Town to see if his family was alright, he only arrived to see their empty clothes on the ground. Sending him into a fury that killed the threat to our world almost immediately after he powered up into a Draconic form. Gohan was listening to his explanation as Vegeta and Trunks had touched down on the Lookout as they sensed Issei was sleeping inside the building. Vegeta made his way over to Piccolo as he saw him talking to Gohan. "You Namekian! Explain the situation to me." Vegeta said, uncharacteristically serious. "Like I told Gohan just a moment before you both arrived, Issei went out on a rage against a new android created by Dr. Gero. And only after he killed the monster did, we find out that he was designed to absorb androids 17 and 18 in order to achieve perfection. I'm glad we killed it before it could kill anyone else, because if it had, I'm not even sure if Goku would've been capable of putting such a foe down." Piccolo said, looking in the distance.

A few hours had passed when Issei was placed in his induced coma by Ddraig, as he called Piccolo over to the bedroom to talk. "What did you wish to speak about Ddraig?" Piccolo asked, as Gohan was sitting next to the bed. [As much as I would love to talk about how my host managed to kill a galaxy level threat from this world. The bastard had managed to survive your both combined attack and is now feasting on humans in order to become strong enough to defeat us. But other than that, Issei is undergoing a process that will transform him into a complete Dragon.] Ddraig said, as Gohan and Piccolo stared at the metallic arm in shock. "I-Issei's going to be a Dragon?" Gohan asked. [Yes, the power of Juggernaut Drive is too powerful for someone of his age to fully utilize before he consumed his life force and I had to stop the transformation during his chant. But overall, he just used all his stamina to keep up the mutated form. It did however shave off some years of his life. But with me transforming him into a full-blooded Dragon, he will lose me as a Sacred Gear, and I will fully fuse my soul into his in order to make the transfer of power known. He will keep his original form as well as personality, but there will be some minor changes to his power as well as his human form.] Ddraig said, waiting for a response. "What are these changes that Issei will be undergoing in order to become a Full-blooded Dragon?" Piccolo asked, wanting details. [In order to make sure that his transformation is a complete one, I will need to focus on changing his senses, his overall power, not to mention his personality will do a complete 180 for about 1 full day. Other than that, he will be having a change in his attitude towards training as he will train to become the strongest in the world. Not only that but his power will be more Draconic in nature and his hair color as well as his eye color might change a little as well to suit the new power he will have as well as the DNA inside his body.] Ddraig said, listing things off one by one. "I see, so he will become a fully-fledged Dragon, is there rankings for such beings?" Piccolo asked. [Young Namekian, I am over 1,000,000 years old. The rankings for dragons aren't anything good or groundbreaking. In my hay day of being alive and in my own body, I was the Heavenly Dragon of Domination. The Third Strongest being in the world of Earth, it took the combined efforts of God, Satan and the four other Devil Kings, as well as all of the Grigori and Albion to put me down in the ground before I could kill them all. But before they could even kill me, I managed to kill the strongest members of their factions as they devolved into infighting and killed each other off.] Ddraig said, huffing. "So who was the strongest beings present in the battlefield?" Gohan asked, curious. [The strongest beings in the battlefield was God or Yahwe as I had known him, Lucifer the original Satan, Leviathan, Asmodeus, and Beelzebub. Out of the Fallen Angels, I believe the only one who hadn't fought outright was Azazel of the Grigori and Fallen Angel legion. The man knew a losing battle when he saw it, but he was killed by one of his subordinates named Kokabiel for hesitating in joining the battle against me and Albion.] Ddraig said, smugly. "Compared to the powers that the Earthlings have now, who would be the most powerful on the rankings?" Piccolo asked, as Ddraig looked at them through the gem. [The strongest being in the world, and possibly the universe besides the God of Destruction Beerus and his attendant Whis? That would have to be Great Red and Ophis, those two beings come close to the God of Destructions power but have been defeated by him many times over the decades since my death. But the new number three in the rankings is a man from Hindu religion who claims himself to be the God of Destruction Shiva.] Ddraig said, as Piccolo looked down in thought. "Thank you for the information, Ddraig. How long until Issei reawakens from his slumber?" Piccolo asked one last time. [It will be about a few hours more before the process is complete. Leave Gohan here so that she can be the first one he'll see when he wakes up.] Ddraig said, as Piccolo nodded his head. As Piccolo left the room, Gohan watched over a sleeping Issei as she placed her hand over his right one as she fell asleep on his bed holding his hand.

Issei had no idea where he was at the moment, the last thing he remembered was the fact that a creature from the future timeline named Cell had come here in order to absorb androids 17 and 18 because he wished to attain his perfection. And Issei was now in a white plain of existence as he walked around seeing people who were standing as shadows of their former selves. Issei even saw some children as they walked around aimlessly in the white void. Walking about the place was getting annoying when nobody responded back to him whenever he tried to talk to them, as they only said the chant he did before he walked away not wanting to talk that chant ever again. He soon found himself on a couch with a blonde-haired woman as well as a brown-haired man as he was muscular... almost as muscular as Piccolo and Vegeta put into one person. "Well if you want to know who we are, we are your predecessors." The man said as if he heard Issei's mind. "What? What do you mean by that?" Issei asked. "We are the previous holders of the Boosted Gear." The woman said, as Issei nodded his head, he could get around that. "My name is Belzard Barret, I was the strongest Red Dragon of Domination in history in terms of the males side of things." Belzard said, introducing himself. "I am Elsha Blumenthal, and I am the German Red Dragon Emperess of Domination. The strongest female Red Dragon in history." Elsha said, introducing herself. "I am Issei Hyoudou, and from what Ddraig said about me, I am the weakest Red Dragon Emperor in History." Issei said, as Elsha and Belzard laughed hard at him. "What? Did I say something wrong?" Issei asked. "Nope, you are going to be even more powerful than us when you unlock the full power of the Boosted Gear. But that is for another time, take this box as it holds all of your potential, it will unlock it completely and allow you to use the Balance Breaker without any issues. Not only will that allow you to survive the Balance Breaker, but it will allow you to utilize the power Ddraig is currently giving you while your body sleeps." Elsha said, as she gave him a box. "What am I supposed to do with that box?" Issei asked. "Absorb the ball into your body and you will be given the power as well as the knowledge of us in how to use your power as a full-blooded Dragon." Belzard said, as Issei disappeared from the realm of previous Red Dragon Emperors and Empresses. As he was completely gone, the place started to rumble as well as completely disintegrate from existence. "This shouldn't be happening, our consciousnesses should be heading over to the next host for us to watch over." Elsha said, as Belzards look towards her gave her the answer. As tears came to her eyes Belzards answer to her lingering question was clear as day when he spoke. "Ddraig is freeing us from the Boosted Gear in order to make sure that no one is taken advantage of by the Boosted Gear. Not only that with this, but we will also be set free from the Boosted Gear's curse of the Juggernaut Drive chant. We will finally be capable of going to the next world without being held back." Belzard said as he watched himself slowly disappear from reality. "See you in Heaven or Hell Mrs. Emperess." Belzard said before disappearing. "See you later, Bel." Elsha said, as she disappeared from reality as well.

With Issei regaining his consciousness he slowly opened his eyes to reveal slitted eyes as his eyes had two eyelids as they flipped over one another. As we get a closer look at the color of his eyes, we can see that they are a heterochromatic coloring of Amber and Jade.
