hope you enjoy the first chapter!
SO this note is just basically some warnings and things you should know so you don't get confused while reading this story! (also tips? idk just things.) you don't have to read this (or the character introductions on the page before), however, it only takes a few minutes and I strongly recommend it because knowing the things I will mention will make your reading a lot easier to understand. being confused while reading stories isn't fun, right?

anyways here I go! thanks for clicking on and I hope you enjoy!

★1. there are some things included in this story set in Korea that don't actually happen in Korea's culture.
★ among teens, it is popular in America (I'm American) to go to their high school prom, homecoming, winter, and spring dances. you may know about this tradition even if you don't experience it yourself because they are popular in a lot of places. however, there is a school dance later in this story even if it's not normal for Korean high schools to hold a dance. it's mostly for romantic-plot purposes, but don't be fooled because dances are NOT a thing in Korea. (going out and drinking with family and friends and school festivals are basically the equivalent I'd say.)

★2. there MIGHT be SOME mature-ish scenes in this story, however, they aren't really that bad.
★ I'd just like to warn people about that because they might get sensitive about it, however, nothing will go past TV-14 rated. meaning no ACTUAL graphic scenes. (i mean, unless you really want them. ㅠㅠ)
★ ERM, there WILL be some heated make-out scenes though.

★3. if you have suggestions for bonus chapters, please feel free to leave a comment on the story!
★ you can also dm me if you'd like, to get your suggestion through quicker and such, but I hear from other writers that wattpad doesn't always send notifications for the dms they receive, so commenting might be easier :)

★4. I don't literally own any of the characters or names (besides one.)
★ the enhypen members are certainly not under my copyright, HOWEVER, I'd really appreciate it if the character for y/n, Soohyun, is not stolen. her personality and everything about her is all my creation (except for the photo obviously.)
★ that segways into my last thing:

★5. this story is completely fiction and made up of my imagination, and none of it should be stolen, sampled, or anything like that.
★ NONE OF WHAT I SAY IS REAL EVEN IF YOU WANT IT TO BE ⚠️
★ I'm sorry ㅠㅠ I'm delulu too, and that is why I'm writing this story.
★ and also, with all due respect, please do not steal my writing, ideas, or plots for your own story. I spend a lot of time rewriting and editing each chapter and it literally takes me so long since I put a lot of thought into how you guys would and wouldn't like it. I spent probably three or four weeks writing and editing JUST the first chapter so it would be perfect, and it would suck if all my super hard (fun) work was all wasted because someone's jealous of my story and wants to use it to get attention or credit for themselves.
★ some components of the enhypen members in their character profiles are slightly off but that's definitely mostly just the personality portion (which isn't even THAT off.) it's only to match the romance tropes I've put with each of their characters - each love interest has their own thing about them that gives the whole them x the reader their own little story or I guess, way of falling in love. (I'm not going to tell you what they are. ;))
★ and finally- like I said, please don't use my story or character as your own. that sucks for me and everyone who is enjoying and reading
★ I guess, if you want to sample something or use a piece of dialogue, the least you can do is dm me and ask. I hope that's okay!

that's it! that felt kind of unnecessary for me to write but I thought I should just in case! as of right now, I'm still making a story playlist so wait for that to come up :)
