A cold breeze shifted through Knockout's short fur making him wish it was longer. Leafbare had been only miserable so far, making cats sick and Knockout constantly working with lack of supplies which was what he was currently looking for.

The tom nudged over a fallen branch with a paw, seeing if any herbs had been hiding from the cold underneath. Unfortunately there was nothing, causing Knockout to sign and walk onwards.

A sign of anything useful would be brilliant for Knockout and the clan, especially catmint which was used for treating Greencough, a sickness that only comes in leafbare. None of the cat's in Decepticlan had caught greencough yet but he wanted at least some catmint encase they did which was highly likely.

Knockout sniffed the air, wondering if he could catch a whiff of the sweat smell catmint gave off. But all he could smell was his other clanmates and the snow which was starting to softly fall from the sky.

Knockout was interrupted from his search when he heard rustling. He turned his head sharply to see Starscream stalked out from behind a bush, his eyes showing hints of suspicion.

"What are you doing so far from the camp Knockout?" The deputy asked smugly. "Last time I remember you were supposed to be with a warrior when you went on your little excursions from the camp."

In honesty Knockout had completed forgotten about how Greystar had ordered that he was to be accompanied with a warrior every time he lift the camp, no matter the reason. He obviously was not going to tell Starscream that but he couldn't think of any other excuse.

"Greystar would love to hear about this wouldn't he?" Starscream hissed softly, stalking around Knockout like he would with a mouse.

"I- I am deeply sorry Starscream." Knockout finally managed to say. "I couldn't find any warriors to accompany me and we were running dangerously low on borage leaves, I just had to leave." He lied, in fact, borage leaves was one of the only herb he wasn't worried about getting.

Starscream hummed and looked at Knockout with suspicion, "Alright, just don't let it happen again." He started walking back to the camp before stopping and looking at knockout over his shoulder. "Stay here, I will send a warrior to you." Starscream said before leaving Knockout alone.

The medicine cat let out a breath he didn't know he was holding. He had expected that to go horribly wrong, he thanked Starclan it hadn't.

Knockout did what he was told, and stayed put while Starscream sent a warrior to him. He hoped it wasn't Soundwave or Shockwave, the two brothers made him feel so uncomfortable with their blank stares and lack of communication.

He wished Breakdown was still with him. Even since the large toms death Knockout had felt like a part of him was missing and no matter how hard he tried the feeling never went away.

Knockout waited for what felt like moons before he heard someone approaching him, "Finally." He mumbled before he realised that instead of the scent of his clanmates he instead was smelling the scent of Autoclan.

What are Autoclan cats doing all the way in Decepticlan territory? Knockout thought to himself before wishing that whoever Starscream had sent to him would hurry up because by the smell and sound of it there was multiple Autoclan cats coming.

Knockout thought to himself if you should run and mentally smacked his head at his idiocy. The medicine cat turned to run but he didn't get far before the Autoclan deputy, Bluefur, jumped Infront of him.
