Aprils POV

I woke up in immense pain, I look to the clock which reads 3:37am.

I take off the blanket to go grab some Asprin and look under the covers to see a bloody mess, it was all over Pony's silk white sheets, his grey sweat pants, and his bare chest.

I let out a small shriek which I instantly regret doing because of the pain in my lower stomach, I grunted and hunched over in pain accidentally waking Pony.

He turns over and in a deep sleepy voice and asks gently "what's the matter 'ril?", I look over to him just to see his wide eyes looking at the sheets "what the fuck..?", he mutters picking up the sheets to reveal even more blood "WHAT THE FUCKKK?", he screams in a scared voice.

I immediately get out of bed and stumble away to the bathroom with Pony chasing after me.

I lock the door and turn around to reveal my bloody self, "how could I even bleed this much", I thought to myself.

I came up with a gimmick that could take away some of my embarrassment, I turn on the sink and start to cough splattering some blood in the sink.

Ponys POV

I woke up to a very bloody April and an even more bloody me.

After she gets up I run after her, it looked like a fucking murder scene and I was internally freaking out.

I was pounding on the bathroom door in hopes that I would get a response, but nothing.

I hear a bang on the counter and I scream " APRIL IF YOU DONT OPEN THIS DOOR THEN I WILL", I frantically start screaming for Darry, Soda, Dally, Johnny, and Steve, since they slept over. I heard a stampede rumbling up the stairs like a heard of angry elephants.

I see Darry, Steve, Johnny running then Soda still slowly walking up the stairs.

" HURRY APRIL IS IN TROUBLE", I screamed, next thing I know Dally comes sprinting up the stairs fast enough to make your head spin, he even made it up faster than Darry who was already half way up.

Dally frantically asks me what's going on and I tell him "I don't know, I woke up to her grabbing her stomach and she looked like she was in pain and the sheets were covered in blood." I said shaking.

"APRIL OPEN THE DAMN DOOR!" Dally screamed louder then I've ever heard before.

Dal gets ready to kick the door in but Darry tells him that she could be on the floor and runs outside so he can hop in through the window.

Dally's POV

Darry tells me to wait but I just can't anymore I can hear her coughing and what sounds like desperate gasps of air.

I back up and run at the door kicking it down, in the process I hear Darry screaming " DALLAS NO", I didn't care I ran in and there and she is bent over the sink choking on something.

I see the Asprin bottle and assume that's what she is chocking on, I pull her over on top of the door and start smacking her back and yelling for Darry,  all I can think right now is no not my April, she can't die on me.

Next thing I know Johnny runs in, grabs her and some how knows the Heimlich.

Johnny is screaming for her to breathe and I am sitting there in shock, he finally gets her to spit it out and she takes a big gasp of air, at this point everyone is covered in blood besides Steve and Soda, even Darry because after she started to breathe he grabbed her and held her in a tight hug.

I look over to see Pony having a full blown melt down in the doorway of the bathroom covered In blood, at this point everyone but April is starting to wonder where all of it came from.
