Aniki had managed to prepare some breakfast for us, pancakes. Vanilla decided it'd be a good idea to put marshmallows on hers, nobody bothered to comment on it though. I assume Aniki was used to it. Reycho was curiously poking at his pancakes (he never had access to much real food other then when the go-getters would bring it to club meetings) while I was eating silently. Both me and Reycho decided to not comment on last night.

"Reycho, Yuki, Pochi. You three can't stay, not my word by the way. Ma said. I'm sorry but you guys have to find a another good place to stay." Aniki blatantly stated. Vanilla nodded, "I thought about it for a while and maybe I could get you all into some family's..? Like adoption!"

Reycho tilted his head, "Erm.. I dunno... How are we gonna manage to do all that?" I thought for a moment, thinking of all the process we'd have to go through. "Wouldn't we have to have legal names too? Pochi and Reycho aren't very legit names. Considering everyone in the Go-Getters goes by some nickname. Yuki's fine though, Yuki's a real name I'm pretty sure."

Vanilla now also looked as muddled as Reycho, "Oh, right.. Uhh-" Aniki cut her off. "We could like," he paused in thought, "Make fake names."

"Sounds good, but Vanilla you need to think through the whole adoption concept." I made sure she fully heard me on that part, I could tell she was about halfway in the conversation considering she was basically burying her face in the pancakes.

"What about Tadashi for Reycho?" Aniki asked, standing up to go place his empty plate in the sink. "What's that name mean again? I'm just asking, it sounds good for me though!" Reycho happily said.

"It's just some name for 'loyal'. I think it fits you." Aniki said as he ruffled Reycho's exposed ginger hair, which was usually covered by his bright hat. The multicolor haired boy walked out of the kitchen, likely going to go feed their cat, Jiji. Most of us had finished our breakfast by then, Reycho had ultimately decided to give his pancakes to Vanilla, who had already scarfed down her own (she's a pretty small kid honestly, I'm surprised she managed to eat so quickly).

We all decided to head out to the front porch to sit and talk. As per usual I wasn't first to speak up, Vanilla was. "Maybe for now you guys can all stay in..." She paused, thinking momentarily, "The UFO we travelled in? It's kinda just sitting there now, and the Go-Getters head there often to fly to areas that need some help with rebuilding. So you guys would get pretty frequent visits. Oh and you can basically travel anywhere!"

"Sounds good as a temporary, or permanent home. I guess." I remarked, quickly realizing this wasn't just my choice, "Reycho, Yuki, you guys agree?" The two nodded and I went back to simply staring at the things in front of us, only listening to the conversation. I never liked direct eye contact, it felt wrong.

I decided to take out my game console, a real game, it was a different color from my system I used to control Reycho. I destroyed that one weeks ago. I never wanted it in my sight ever again. I liked the new red cover of this new one anyway. Tapping the buttons, I noticed Yuki and Vanilla in discussion about some other random thing. I think something about coding, Vanilla always liked coding so it wouldn't be surprising if she were to be taking about it. Reycho would occasionally pop into the conversation too, but I think he was mainly admiring what was happening around him.

I glanced up from my console to see Reycho, gazing at the sky above. He looked nice. Pretty, even. I felt my ears get warm, I didn't realize I was already on a game over screen until I heard Vanilla and Yuki not so quietly giggle.

What the hell was that about? Oh god I was staring too long wasn't I..

The sensors in my AI abruptly detected a presence approaching behind us, I turned to see Aniki leaning on the doorframe. "Hey. Mowchan just called in through the house phone, he said he's inviting everyone over to the park nearby for a barbecue. We should get going now."

Vanilla agreed to go and we all stood up, grabbing a few items to bring with us. I already had my game console with me, anything missing.. Ah, bandana. I always liked the warmth that piece of fabric provided me. I quickly snatched it off the table I had left it on, tying it on, also realizing Reycho's hat was left there too. I figured I'd just grab it for him.

I sauntered over to Reycho and handed him the hat, "Here, you nearly left it behind." He grinned and took the hat out of my hands. Placing it on my head instead of his own. "Don't worry, it's pretty cloudy today and I don't need it. You can just have it for today."

I was stunned for a moment, I could feel my cheeks becoming red. I quickly looked down to hide my face, the shade of the cap hiding my flustered expression. "I- I thought you didn't let anyone else wear your ha-" Reycho cut me off before I could finish, "It's fine! Yeah. I know I don't like letting people have my hat but.. You're an exception."

I could almost feel his bright smile through the cap. I felt my head being pat and Reycho walked off, I heard Vanilla close by.

"Reycho why don't you have your hat still?" She questioned, I looked up to see Reycho and Vanilla ready to go. Yuki was slipping on her boots. While I was still stood there, frozen. Pathetically. "Oh I'm just letting Pochi have it today." He almost looked proud stating that.

On the walk to the park I fiddled with my game, lost in thought yet again. Why does my stomach keep getting all tight and my face warm when Reycho simply just.. interacts with me...

Pai told me about this feeling during a club meeting, before she got together with Aniki.

I'm pretty sure the go getters just use nicknames on each other canonically idk when it's stated ingame (or not) but I feel like it makes a lot more sense considering POCHI IS LITERALLY NAMED THE JAPANESE EQUIVALENT OF FIDO (YES THE NAME FOR DOGS)

I'm gonna be using this for the go getters legal names!! Because I'm bad at getting good Japanese names!!!! But I changed reychos becuase I like the meaning "loyal" for him more than "honest".

These r headcanon names and of course all the go getters will likely only use their nicknames for themselves and each other. But if it comes to dialogue from their parents/teachers/literally anyone who doesn't know about their nicknames, their 'legal' (quotations for the bot kids) names will be used.

Also if you're wondering what the original image said for yukis 'name' it was just "N/A" so I looked and found out yuki is literally a name that can be used. XD
