11. Family Date?

The boy stood there, shocked, he just stared at the girl with a shocked and confused face. The girl got nervous and scared looking at him like that. She was about to say something but was interrupted by a phone call. The boy's attention immediately went on his phone as he picked it up, he knew he shouldn't have done that. When a girl, he likes way too much, was kneeling in front of him, waiting for an answer but he was just to shocked an confused to process all the things.

"Tae, there is an attack on the base. Come here immediately." Namjoon's voice alarmed the boy, his eyes widened as he looked at the girl in front of him and said in a low voice, "I am sorry." and ran away from there.

The girl felt her whole world crash she didn't knew what to say or do. She had just proposed the guy who had said he reciprocated her feelings but he ran away from there just saying 'I am sorry'. She fell in the floor, her eyes became red.

"Y/naaah!" She heard her friend's voice, as she felt him hugging her. She looked at him with those red eyes and said, "I made a mistake, I shouldn't have. I shouldn't have done this. He- he just lied. He ran away Jiminaah. He ran away saying he was sorry. I-i-"

Jimin hugged her tighter. He caress her back and said, "Y/naah, calm down. Please don't think negative, Taehyung likes you, something came up Y/naah. You know Jungkook got a phone call, he told me to come to you also he told not to take Taehyung wrong."

"I-Jiminahh-" She tightened her hug, controlling herself from crying. "You are Min Yoongi's Sister, Y/naah."

"Thank you Jiminaah" The girl said as gulped down the glass of water. They had drove back home from Jungkook's car which he had left for them. They were currently in Y/n's room, Y/n has changed into an onesie. She always wore an onesie when she was very sad. She was cuddling with Jimin, while he sang or told her comforting words. Only she knew how glad she was to have the living angel in her life.

When they had reached back home, only Chae, Lisa and Sam were there along with the two kids. When Y/n asked them were the other's went to, they replied the others had went off for some important work. Y/n guessed it was the same as the reason why Taehyung and Jungkook also rushed away.

The two best friends remained cuddled up with the same thought around their heads, did something bad happened?  Jimin rubbed his best friend's back as he felt a shiver ran through her body. "Y/naah don't think anything...you want ice cream..?"

She nodded letting go her hold on him, he got down the bed and went to bring some for both of them. Y/n looked up at the ceiling for a minute and sighed. She felt a vibration on the bed, she sat up and looked for phone between the comforter. She picked it up and saw Taehyung calling her, she was feeling mixed emotions, se didn't knew what to do. She cut the call and turned of her phone.

The door opened revealing Jimin with two ice-creams in each hand. Y/n looked at him and said, "Jiminaah.. " Jimin handed her one ice cream in each hand and said, "Finish it and then have a sleep. I am sure he will clear things once they will come back."

Y/n shook her head and said, "Ji-min wha-t if i sho-uldn't have did that?"

"Did what Y/n?"

"C-confessed.. wha-t if he thinks i-its too early.. what if-"

"Ssh no what ifs. You always told me not to think about What ifs and now you yourself are thinking about them? That's not good."

"But Jimin-"

"Nothing. Finish your ice cream and sleep. No more words." Y/n pouted and whispered an "okay"

Jimin played the playlist of Y/n's favorite song on his phone as they both had their ice creams singing the lyrics of chorus in between.
