Kazuha was a Company's most trusted worker, Employee of the month and year, not missing a single time. It was a Company that had many market-chains around Japan, in fact, the World. They were known for their exquisite clothing marketing, and, in a matter of fact, coffee at the same time. As if working 7 days a week wasn't enough, he also had a part-time job in a flower shop. His love for nature never leaving him, and a barista in a small cafe on the main street. Very famous despite it being a self-made one, not owned by the company he works for.

According to him, making coffee and giving his precious work of it to other people was audibly relaxing. And the scent of coffee and pastries all around the shop kept him awake, and in a good mood. His boss called him early for work today, so he was on his way talking with a colleague at the same time.

It was a gloomy day on top of that. It was pouring rain, so harshly you could barely see the road. Roughly falling onto the car, sounding like the glass was breaking.A familiar albino boy was talking on the phone while driving.

"I know, I know.. just. Give me time, I'll figure it out." He was going quite slow, but the water filled roads made the car slide faster.

"I know we are in a rough moment right now, but I promise I'll fix everything.." A sigh could be heard from the speaker of the phone. "Look, just, please stop yelling.. ... ugh, fine! As you wish princess, geez.."

The light turned red, and because he was focused on the phone, nor could he barely see from the rain, he didint stop and kept driving.

"Look, Kokomi, let me call you later please.. I swear to God the road is going to make me insane. Can't see a single thing out here.."

That's when a truck hit the car, and himself, crushing him in between. Sliding all the way to the side. Making a loud noise, heard from miles away.

The tragedy was seen by everyone. His phone was completely broken, glass pieces of it everywhere. The accident knocked him unconscious, while paramedics were already on their way.

In just about 10 minutes he was safely removed from the car, instantly taken into an ambulance. Driving him to National Hospital Of Japan.

"I wonder how he survived.." one of the paramedics whispered to another. "I'm sure he was caught in a lucky position that saved his life, after all, a big metal rod was right in front of his face.."

"God protected him after all. Must be a kind soul." The first one sighed. "Stop with your religious stuff. Can you get me the bandages please?"

"Big car accident, make way!" They shouted as they were pushing the hospital bed towards the counter of the Emergency Room. The nurse at the counter looked and quickly gestured to follow them. "Trauma 6 now, run tests immediately, prepare the OR!"

After a long day, removing every possible glass piece from his body, and fixing up the damages to his broken bones as much as they can, he was placed in a quiet room. That would be his home for weeks.

He woke up to chattering outside his door, quiet sounds of the crickets and the soft gust of winds entering the room from the open window. He groans in pain, opening his eyes.

All he could see was a white ceiling, his head throbbing, whole body in pain, not being able to turn his head to the side. He hears soft rustling near him. Carefully, he turns his head to the side. Seeing a curtain. And the shadow of a body display on the curtain, from light. So this was a shared room. Only 2 people, too.

Guessing from the lack of light, only one being a lamp sort thing on the other person's side, and the window projecting the moonlight, he guessed it was night. Only then did he notice the machines attached to him, on his arms, legs, everywhere pretty much. He hears a door creak open, a soft voice being spoken.

"Kaedehara Kazuha.. correct? I'll be your nurse for the time being, as well as the nurse of your roommate." She looks over to the curtains. "He likes the quiet, please be mindful of that." She notices the uncomfortable position he was laying in. Fixing his head and arms a bit. "I'll have to wake you up every hour to check up on you, sorry for that. Oh yeah, I work the night shift. You'll have another nurse by the name of Zuya for the day-time." She says.

"My name is Barbara, by the way. You are in good hands. Now please rest." She changes out some bags In the medical dropper, then quietly leaves the room.

Kazuha liked quiet, yes, but not when it was full on silent. The soft chiming of the wind and pages flipping kept it better, atleast.

He had no energy to sleep, not like the pain would let him, though. So what, he is just going to stay in one position, staring at one spot, all day long? Coming to think about it, he was very curious of his roommate. All he could do is wait and heal up a bit before able to atleast talk to him. Right as he thought of that, the person stood up, and walked while holding onto a machine attached to his forearm, pushing it in the direction he wanted to go, the wheels creaking against the marble floor.

Apperantly, he was pouring himself some water from the table in front of their beds. Even though his back was turned against Kazuha, he could point out some details. Short hair that looked to be an out grown jellyfish cut, the colour being indigo, and a few light purple strands. He liked it, whoever it was it definetly suits them, he thought.

He tried to utter a word, atleast a "Hi" but whatever came out, was pathetic. A tiny squeal at most, his throat not letting him even mutter out a word, or any type of sound, speaking of that.

The raven looked back at him, examining his new roommate quietly, not expecting for the roommate to be already staring. He did not dare to utter a word, just silently examining the albino. It was pretty bad, he thought. The accident he must of have, is what he ment. He slowly pushed the machine back to his bed, laying down, putting the cup of water on the nightstand next to him, closing the light.

Kazuha was left there alone with his thoughts again, just staring at the curtains that divided them. He was very curious of this man, not even realizing his eyes that matched the colour of his hair has put him in a trance, as if forgetting he had any pain at all.

He tried to find a better position, once he did, he simply closed his eyes and begged that the pain would go away for one second and would let him rest in peace. Determined, to get to know that raven haired person. Sooner or later.
