Frank calls you over and you nervously walk up to him
"Y/N I'm assuming you know who this is
This is elvis Presley"
You stutter at your words still trying to avoid eye contact incase you fell into a puddle of mush on the floor
"O-oh I know w-who he is..."
You accidentally made eye contact with him and you quickly look away and he noticed
"You okay there darlin..your a quiet little one aren't ya?" He said with a soft tone
Your heart was practically beating out your chest
"Oh I'm sorry I didn't mean to I just can't believe I'm standing infront of elvis.."
"Oh cmon now darlin I'm just like every other guy"
You smile
"Y/N would you like to show elvis to his table?"
You immediately nod "it would be a honour"
You walk elvis over and you pull out his chair and hand him a menu
"You've got really pretty eyes" he said with a smile
You blush not being able to hide it
"Oh wow I-I thank you..."
You give elvis his drink and you guys end up talking for atleast an hour while doing your shift talking about his music and you told him how he helps you with your dad and all and he seemed so happy to hear it and for once in your life you felt like he was the most genuine kind hearted person you've ever met
"So anyway Y/N we've been talking for a hour and all we've talked about is me..anything I should know about you?" He said with a smile
You laugh a little "well I'm pretty boring to be honest I don't really have friends I never really have so I just get by on my own I enjoy reading tho,growing up I wanted to be a journalist"
He smiled "your not boring" he kisses your cheek and you melt you blush so much it's like your face was going to explode any second
And he simply let out a giggle
"How old are you darlin?"
"19...20 in June"
(Elvis is 20) "oh okay well il be sure to wish you a happy birthday in June" he laughs and so do you
Before leaving he slips you a note with his number on it
"Call me later I want to get to know you a bit more you seem really nice...have a nice day Y/N"
He walks out and you run into the bathroom smiling uncontrollably you were so happy you never wanted that moment with elvis to end..
