It was a dark, thunderous and stormy night. The sky was divided by the lighten, the air was as cold as a snowy day. I was petrified all by my lonesome in my bed.
I could only hear the screeching of my door every second. My heart was thumbing as fast as a racing car. The only thing that was keeping me calm was the thought that my aunt Davina will soon rescue me from my
deserted experience in my room. However, immediately after the storm kept quiet my aunt dashed into the room awkwardly in a position and came towards my direction. She gently went through my brunette hair with her fingers in a snail's pace. "How are you my love" she said in a soft hushed voice, " I'm okay now that you are here" I replied with a smirk. "You'll be alright " she continued then shifted into my white bed sheets.
I felt relieft that I wasn't alone anymore and that someone comforted me . So I fell into a deep sleep.
The next day it was a Friday, one of my favourite days of the week. The Sun was shining but the ground was filled with rain puddles from yesterday's dreadful weather.
Today was the last day of school for summer holidays. I had to walk to school on my own as usual but this time I felt that there was a oscillation flowing behind my back as if someone was following me.
I turned my face back to see if I was hesitating but there was no sign of anything.
As I got closer to my destination (school ) someone yanked my hand and swiftly put a sack bag on my head.
I lead out a piercing scream from my mouth but the attack was very fast for anyone to hear me.
I couldn't breathe my mind was out of concentration, I was sweating like a pig .I could feel that I was inside a car and I was the only one in the back because it was a bit spacious.
Finally when my senses came back I demanded " Better get me out of here before I get whoever you are in gail". It was silent for a few minutes until the person responded "Is that a threat "? I was disgusted with the foolish question and answered back "Well no , I'm congratulating you for kidnapping me".The person laughed in a feminine way. "I'm not kidnapping you Joanna, I'm just borrowing you" she replied . "Oh my goodness what are you borrowing me for and how do you know my name!!?" I questioned rudely .
"Don't worry you'll see" she said. "Then can I remove this sack off my head and untie my hands" I muttered . She parked the car somewhere and opened the door then untied my hands. I removed the sack off my head and in a flash I brutely kicked the lady with force and ran as fast as I could home.
