Me and Buck stand as we watch Eddie walk with the young boy to the ambulance. "you know anyone else wouldn't have helped until it was to late" I Menten and we watch Eddie interact with the boy. Earlier that week we had answered a call to a family were the mother told us the boy was unwell . luckily something didn't seam right to Eddie and after a lot of research it turned out the mother had be drugging the kid so he would stay ill but the kid was now safe. Eddie approached the group with a sad expression " I wish I got here sooner " Buck removed his mast as a resurging smile spared across his face.
"The kid is just lucky to have met you." Eddie shared a smile smile along with a sight of relive .
" Diaz you want to ride with the kid" Eddie turned to head to the truck before the was a bang.
the next few moments happened in slow motion. I watched as blood sprayed and Eddie fell to the ground. my heart dropped never in a million years did I believe that I would be watching the man I love fall to the ground after being shot . A blood curdling scream escaped my lips as the blood sprayed down me and buck . I stood shocked unable to move that was till I was tackled to the ground by one of the other member of the department and the snipper continued to rain bullets. I layed there as a wale fell out of me. that was till buck dragged him under the truck and back to us. I was nocked out of my head as Eddie let out an unforgettable yell. " shit shit " I said as the hulled him in to the truck .
while Buck applied pressure to the bullet hole. I stroked his hair trying not to cry out. " are you hut" he brailed muttered out
" no we are fine" Buck responded
" don't talk just breath please" I begged
" i love you" he responded with an attempt at a smile
" no don't say that cause you are going to be fine this is not the end" I pleaded as we approached the hospital . I grip tight on to his hand as the rushed him away only letting go at the last moment. as soon as he was out of sight I brook down falling down on to the fall hauling as my hands sake and cheat felt tight like I was going to pass out . only to be scoped up and taken to the weighting room by buck.
flash forward :
I stay in hi room as Nevers filled my bloody the doctor said he could wake at anytime Buck has Chris so I said I would stay would stay with him. a soft grown as he woke up " hey" he said in barely a whisper.
" your awake your ok" i say as i am over come with emotions . " I thought you were gone" he takes my hand with his no ignored side
" i am never leaving you i love you "
" i love you to" i say as i line down to kiss him.
