Days later, the trio receives another summons from the police station, this time to meet with Detective Natasha Brown, Detective Johnson's senior and ex-wife. With her striking looks and assertive demeanor, Detective Brown takes charge of the investigation. She confronts the trio, revealing the identity of the victim, Eric Collins, a known member of the dangerous drug underworld, who was fatally stabbed around 3:30 a.m. that night.

Suspicions escalate, and Detective Brown focuses her attention on the trio as potential suspects. She employs her sharp investigative skills, interrogating them one by one, seeking any cracks in their stories. Jason, known for his flirtatious nature, attempts to charm Detective Brown, but she swiftly shuts him down, warning him against his tactics.Christin, nervous but determined, steps in next, revealing her recent marriage to Jason and their recent relocation from Las Vegas to New York. She provides her alibi and insists on her innocence, desperately hoping to clear her name.

Now it's Rosy's turn to face the intense scrutiny of Detective Brown. Overwhelmed with fear, Rosy breaks down in tears, confessing her lack of any substantial family or career history.
