2weeks later|7pm

Summer's outfit

Syouri was finally home

Winter was here as I cooked dinner which was simple soap

" So where Santiago at?" Winter asked and I rolled my eyes

" Sis I don't understand how you with a nigga that not even here to take care of his daughter after she got into a fucking hospital bro, he clearly don't give a shit and you blind as fuc-"

" Winter please shut the fuck up, you ain't even give me a chance to answer the fucking question, he left to get medication for her bro, and watchu mean he don't care that man was full in crying when he saw his daughter you wasn't there to see it Winter he still hurting he spends as much damn time as he can with her, he gotta work cause he gotta take care of her my money alone can't provide " I said

Couple minutes later the sensor went out and the door opened

Santiago walked in with the medication and some smoothies

" Where's Syouri?"

" She's laying in the couch" I said and he placed everything down and washed his hand before going into the living room

I looked back to see him cradling Syouri

He brushed her hair and held her close to him

I poured the soups in bowls

I gave Santiago his and Syouri's and handed Winter her's

I got a spoon and sat Infront if Syouri and cooled her soup before feeding it to her

" Mommy you look twird"

" Mommy is tired " I said yawning a little

I finished feeding her and once she was done I ate mine

Santiago went to shower Syouri and I cleaned the kitchen

" Sis I'm sorry, I guess I still hate Santiago from what he did"

" Winter you gotta let it go bro " I said sighing

" I'm going try I promise" she said hugging me

I hugged her back and started sniffling

" I'm just so overwhelmed and I'm so tired I can't sleep everytime I close my eyes I see her cold body and it's haunting me it's even got me thinking that I should homeschool her" I said wiping my eyes

" And it's fine to feel this way, you almost lost your baby and you saw her body it's gonna be forever painted in your mind but you go be have to be the one to let it go " she said and I nodded

Winter just left and I was in the bathroom

I wash fresh out of the shower and I was doing my skincare

I had dark circles underneath my eyes from the lack of sleep from the past 2 weeks

I sighed and went into the room where Santiago was watching television quiet as usual as he had been for the past 2 weeks

I took some clothes on and slipped on my underwear and threw a dress on

I placed my bonnet on my head and got in bed and laid down pulling the blanket up to my neck

I closed my eyes but the image popped up so my eyes where wide opened

Santiago's arm wrapped around my waist and pulled my close to him

I turned around and laid my head on his chest

This was the first time in 2 weeks he held me

" Go to sleep" he said pecking my lips

He rubbed my bag and I closed my eyes and soon I fell asleep
