It A lovely house. Nice garden
and precious flowers.

It was now Tuesday morning i was driving to Lorenzo house i was kinda late since i fall asleep through all my alarms. I drank my coffee as I drove.

My team would be coming later on, to make the blueprint and take the accurate measurements of the house.

I reached Lorenzo house, grabbing My phone, notepad and pen before stepping out of the car.

I looked to see the white and black house and damn it looked fucking great up close.

This was the ultimate dream house.
The pillars holding down the house and the small lights emphasizing every room in the house .

The property was far away from the actual city. It had no houses near. All of them were miles away and the house was surrounded by large trees.

I went towards the entrance which took many minutes to get too. I took a deep breath before ringing the bell. The door opened seeing a maid who welcomed me in she told me lorenzo would be coming down shortly.

I looked around to see the pillars in the house as many different staircases and elevators. A big prominent chandelier on top of my head glistening with light.

Not much furniture was in the house. I saw maids and employees running through the hallways, trying to clean everything.

"Ms Rodriguez" I turned around seeing Lorenzo.

"Mr Bianchi"

"Let begin" I smile

We walk into one room it was fucking huge, Lorenzo said he wanted the room to be for the living room. I nodded and wrote these down on my notepad.

We started walking around the house and stumbled across the kitchen. The kitchen was super basic. All white and plain countertops.

I decided to take the counters and cabinets off and make custom-made counters plus cabinets. The cabinets right now made the kitchen look small than it really is. I also jotted down to but a big landscape chandelier on the ceiling about the middle counter. I would just need Lorenzo to approve these plans.

He turn to me waiting for me to say something.

"Okay, so for the kitchen, I think we should make custom-made counters and cabinets. And, then obviously get new appliances. Also, have a chandelier above this counter and new lighting." I pointed to the counter. "We would need to redo the whole house's flooring to match the new aesthetic of the house." I reply

"What color?" He asked.

"White."

He nodded

"Moving on." I walked out of the kitchen. "Which way?" I asked he pointed left.

"This whole side would just be guest rooms or whatever. Have everything on this side so they don't have any need to come to the other side." I nodded.

"Just this floor?" I ask

"Yeah." I nodded and wrote down what he said in my notepad.
