Eve made her way to work. She enjoyed her job most of the time. Working at a bar at a venue meant getting to see so many shows whilst simultaneously earning money. Music was a huge passion of hers so it was a win win. However, it sucked a little when she loved the band as she would rather be in the crowd than stuck pouring pints and that's exactly what was happening tonight! Bad Omens were playing. Eve told herself to be grateful she got to witness them live at least.

She arrived at work and got stuck in. The first part of her shift went by quickly, it was always busier at the start as everyone wanted their drinks in hand before the main act. Before she knew it, the opening act finished their set and the crowd were chatting excitedly waiting for the guys to take the stage.

Soon enough the bright lights dimmed and the crowd erupted. Red lights flooded the stage, which just made the atmosphere even more intense as the excitement started to build in the room. Suddenly, Noah's tall dark figure appeared, earning some very high-pitched screams from fans. If she wasn’t trying to remain professional, she would have joined in. He began singing as the rest of the band eventually joined one by one, earning more cheers. Eve's heart skipped a beat for a moment. She couldn't help but grin to herself as she watched Noah come more into her line of sight. She had never been more grateful that a man was 6'3 as he climbed onto the riser at the front of the stage, completely towering over the audience so she had the perfect view.

Eve was mesmerised by the performance from start to finish. Thankfully, the crowd was too as no one came to the bar to interrupt her throughout the whole set. Noah had the voice of an angel, with the most impressive vocal range. The way he switched from his clean vocals to screams so perfectly was insane. It was even more amazing to witness live. They'd played one of her favourite songs; The Death Of Peace Of Mind. She'd be lying if she wasn't affected by the way Noah sang THAT line and couldn’t help joining in with the little ‘woo’ the crowd had adopted.

Eve was still on a high after the show. The crowd had emptied, and she couldn't wipe the smile from her face as she began tidying up, ready to go home. She just knew she had to attend a show and actually be up front one day to have an even better experience. Her manager suddenly appeared and broke her from her thoughts.

"Hey, could you help me out and take a couple of pints backstage, please Eve? The delivery was late this week and we didn't get enough bottles for the fridge back there. "

She nodded, immediately feeling anxious about the thought of having to walk backstage where one of her favourite bands were, but not wanting to let on. She began feeling sick with nerves as she shakily poured the drinks. Eve took some deep breaths before setting off down the hall. She was concentrating hard on not spilling the pints due to how much she was still shaking. As Eve turned the corner, a force suddenly collided with her, knocking the drinks all over her hair and t-shirt.

She gasped and stood in shock for a second. As she began to lift her head, the first thing she noticed was the beautifully tattooed hands…Noah.

"Omg, I'm so sorry!" he said, extremely panicked.

Eve had managed to look up at his face. His eyes widened with concern. He was towering over her, and she couldn't bring herself to speak. He was still apologising, unsure what to do with himself.

"Come with me" he suddenly said, pulling himself together a little. She was aware she still hadn't said a word, but she had just collided with Noah Sebastian, and was now standing inches away from him, drenched in beer….

He led her into a room and was digging through some shirts. He momentarily looked up and studied her. Eve felt like she couldn't breathe in that moment, feeling more vulnerable than ever. She was still holding onto the now empty glasses, and her grasp tightened around them.
