The next morning drea wakes up and looks at Emerald "so girl can you tell me what happened with your dad"she asks and emerald yawns
"I told you last night"Emerald says and drea scoffs "no you didn't I went to Enzos dorm to study and when I came in you were sleeping"Drea says and emerald looks confused
"I told you last night I spoke to you in here"Emerald says and drea shrugs "Well I was in Enzos so spill now"Dre's says sitting up and emerald does to,she tells drea all about her parents then drea hugs her "im sorry girl that sucks"Emerald looks down "will you tell mattheo"drea asks and Emerald scoffs
"Oh yea I'll tell him that my uncles a death eater and so was my father before he died I think your forgetting he's the son of you know who"emerald says and drea stand "fare point im sure you can trust him though he's your boyfriend"Drea says
"He's not my boyfriend not yet at least"emerald says with a smile "just try talk to him we have no classes today"Drea says walking to the bath room.

Emerald walks into Mattheos dorm and he's shirtless "whoa sorry"she says and hope gags
"I'm gonna leave before I regret hearing what yous say"Hope walks out "Mattheo what are we"Emerald asks "what do you mean"he asks she clicks her tongue "we kiss all the time but we don't go out I think we should go out because we fit well and I feel really connected to you"Emerald says and Mattheo laughs "what!"emerald says laughing slightly matthe then kisses her "ok so"emerald says and he laughs
"Let's make it official you wanna be my girlfriend?Emerald"emerald smiles
"Of course"she says and they kiss again.

Emerald sits on Mattheos bed "can I trust you"
Emerald asks "of course"he says and she smiles "and you won't judge me"she says but drea runs in "Everyone knows!whoa put on a shirt"Drea says "what"Emerald says standing up "how"she asks "no clue but Pansy came over to me and stared laughing everyones calling you a traitor" drea says and Emerald snaps "I didn't do anything!who would tell people about my family only you knew"Mattheo hugs her but she goes out the hug "I'm going a walk"Emerald says not looking at drea "Em"Drea says "Don't just don't"Emerald says walking off.

Emerald walking away from Hogwarts when a boy runs up to her "are you alright"he asks and she scoffs "why do you care-wait who are you again"Emerald says while looking him up and down "I'm mattheos brother we met once before"he says and she smiles "oh yea what was your name again"she asks "Tom,Tom riddle"he says putting his hand out for her to shake she backs away slowly "like the diary guy"she says pulling the diary out and flings it on the ground
"Yea like the diary"he says smirking.

Emerald goes to walk away but then stops and turns around "what the fucks happening I don't wanna stay with you"She says and scoffs
"I used magic we were having a conversation you don't walk away from them"Tom says and she rolls her eyes,scoffs and crosses her arms
"What do you want"she says and he scoffs
"You could be a bit nicer"he says and she bites her lip "why should I be to your my boyfriends older brother and I don't hear good things about you"she says and takes out her wand and points it at the diary "confringo"she casts a spell and the diary explodes
"Stupid girl why would you do that!"tom shouts and she point her wand at him
"One. Don't call me stupid two.you can't control me like your father did to my mother and three.meet me at the astrometry tower tonight 9pm"She says walking away then turns round
"Oh and stop staring at my ass"she says walking off.

Emerald walks into her dads class room
"Hi dad!"she says "hey did you hear about Sirius"he says and she sits on a table "what about him"she asks then takes chocolate that her dads offering her "he's broken out"Remus says and she smiles "that's amazing"she says and he shakes his  head "not really he's still technically a criminal"Remus says and Emerald sighs "but it's good he's out tho he  just has to stay hidden"She says and he smiles in a comfort way "yea I think I know how he'll hide"Remus whispers
"Ok I think it's time you head to bed"Remus says and Emerald rolls her eyes "ok night dad"she says walking out and to the Astronomy tower.

Emerald walks to the astronomy tower to see Tom already there "oh look it's my best friend"she says sarcastically then smiles sarcastically
"Why did you want to meet here"he asks and she smiles cutely "you seem cool and amazing"she says jokingly then laughs "sorry I can't even be serious with you,I have several questions only you can answer"she says going from a funny voice to a serious voice
"Go on"he says and she smiles with excitement
"I've never met a bad boy like you before this is fun"she says then clears her throat
"Why did you make me get the diary"she asks seriously "many years ago my father made your mother get it and we keep it in the family"he says and she giggles "sorry keep it in the family just sound wrong"she says still giggling and he rolls his eyes.

"Sorry about that some technical issues heh"she says then goes serious again "why are you incredibly creepy and dark and serious and mysterious"she asks and he laughs
"You used And a bit too much times"he says and she stares deep in his eyes "answer the question"she says in a deep tone "I don't know I just am"he says and she thinks "interesting"she says
"Well anything you'd like to spill before I leave"she asks him "when you told Andrea about your parents death last night it was me not Andrea and I wrote it on Pansys note book so she told everyone"he says and she scoffs
"Why would you do that I'm now getting called the niece of a traitor"she asks feeling betrayed
"I had to"he says and she rolls her eyes and bites her lip "no you didn't your just a bitch your worse then my first muggle girlfriend!"Emerald says walking away and sitting in the courtyard against a wall she didn't want to go back inside just yet.

A black dog came up to her and curled next to her she started petting it and smiling and talking in the cute dog voices people use "hello hello what's your name"she asks petting the dog 
"Your a lil cutie pie aren't you yes you are yes you are"she says and the dog licks her,
Enzo walks out and over to her
"What are you doing"he asks laughing
"This dog came out of nowhere isn't he adorable"she says looking up at him then he sits down next to her and pets the dog "it is really cute"he says and she looks at him and smiles
"What are you doing out here"Emerald asks Enzo and they both stop petting the dog
"Got board and went a wonder"he says smiling and she smiles to "what about you"he asks
"Oh no reason really"she says then pets the dog one more time and stands up "we should go back in"she says and he nods "ok sure"he says looking at her and she looks at him they hold eye contact for a minute then she blinks "oh sorry"he says and she goes "it's fine don't worry let's go back inside"she says and they head back.

Emerald goes to Mattheos dorm "hey"she says and he's sitting at his desk on his computer
"Hey baby you ok"he asks "you look flustered"he says and she sits on his knee "I'm fine"she says and her gives her a look "really just I don't like what people are saying about my family"she says and he hugs her tighter "want me to curse them"he says and rolls her eyes "yea that's mature"Emerald says laughing "I just want them to stop you know my uncle Sirius never hurt a soul"she says with a more sad tone and Mattheo strokes her hair while hugging her "don't let them bother you if you know he done nothing"he says then kisses her cheek "ok thanks babe I'm gonna go to bed now"she says then kissing him on the cheek
"Why don't you stay here tonight I'll keep you company"he says and she smiles "ok!I could use the comfort"she says going into Mattheos bed.
