WHAT!?!

2 Weeks Later

Y/N POV
I do what I normally do on a school morning and walk outside to Lynn and walk to school together as we do most of the time. We have gotten closer over the two weeks I've been here.

After my classes with Lynn I tell her that I'll see her in our last class and walk to class. I go sit next to Casey.

"Hey Y/N I have a very important Question."

"What's up?"

"So... Would you like to be my girlfriend" She asked me

"Uhh..." I didn't know what to say I didn't want to hurt her feelings and I was kinda developing feelings for Lynn

"Is that a yes or no?" She asked anxiously

"I guess yes?" I told her really unsure I would have felt bad if I said no

We walked out of class holding hands. I walked towards Lynn and saw she looked upset.

"Hey Y/N what's that girls name?"

"Which one?" I asked her confused

"The girl your always hanging out with"

"Ohh her, that's Lynn. Anyways I have to go to class see you tomorrow." I told her

Lynn's POV
I saw Casey walking towards me, what could she possibly want now. "HEY LYNN" She yelled "What do you want" I told her annoyed. "Stay away from my girlfriend"

I was so confused, what did she mean her girlfriend

"Your girlfriend? Who's your girlfriend?" I asked her

"Y/N, and like I said stay away from her" She said

"WHAT!?! IM NOT GOING TO DO THAT" And with that I walked away as fast as I could to class. I was practically on the verge of tears. I ignored Y/N for the rest of class. When it was time to go home me and Y/N walked home together. She broke the silence "Are you ok, you seem upset"

"Yeah I'm fine" I told her

When we got closer to my house I decided to ask her if what Casey had said was true.

"Hey Y/N"

"Mhm" she just hummed

"Are you dating Casey?"

"Yeah, but the thing is I don't want to.
I would have felt bad if I said no"

The words she says after yeah made me practically one of the happiest person alive

"Doesn't that mean your playing her?"

"Technically yes but I felt rushed" she told me with visible guilt in her eyes

I reached to grab her hand and with my other hand went up to her cheek

"You should tell her before it's too late and gets hurt more than she will."

"Your right, but how will I tell her without feeling guilty"

"I'll be by your side and I could also tell her if you would like me too."

She just nodded and looked into my eyes, I felt butterflies from her stare.

As we leaned closer we were interrupted by brother.

"LYNN DAD SAID TO COME IN BEFORE IT STARTS RAINING" Lincoln said

He hadn't realized he interrupted us though.

"Well I'll see you tomorrow" I told her

"See you tomorrow" She told me and gave me a kiss on the cheek which stunned me. My face was a bright shade of red, luckily she didn't see though.
