yes yes, although everyone always hates them,
they're required so that everyone feels comfortable and on the same page during a roleplay.
this is a very simple concept i'm about to share -
don't like my rules ?? don't interact !! thank you so much :) and if you do like my rules...

001 → play my love interest and i'll play yours !! this book is oc x character (exceptions can happen if i really like your oc), but i do have fandomless oc's you can use for oc x oc if you'd like !!

002 → please make your oc's response and my love interests response similar in length. don't write a bunch for your oc and then write nothing for my love interest. password 1 - send an example length of what you're comfortable writing with your writing style so i can see if i like it !!

003 → i will not be changing love interests if i specify who im using. for example, i won't play jonathan byers if i say he's my love interest (which he is)

004 → please don't just put triggering stuff into the roleplay without talking to me first. some things that im uncomfortable roleplaying are - rape, incest, pedophilia, self-harm, and suicide. these things can be mentioned but don't go into detail about it and do not roleplay it out.

005 → only tag after 72 hours !! i know this can get annoying but i have a life and sometimes im really busy or my mental health starts acting up !! sometimes i need time to rest. password 2 - love interests for each fandom you want to roleplay! if i plan on taking a longterm break, i will usually post about it on my message board !!

006 → regarding rule 5, i would prefer if you could please let me know if you're going to be inactive for a while. i understand that sometimes people are grounded or they kinda ghost because stuff gets bad, but i will delete chains after three weeks of inactivity with no explanation!

007 → sometimes i forget i have the right to say this, but i can accept or deny anyone i would like to. if i don't think our styles match up or i'm not ready to take on more roleplays, i will either delete your comment or ignore it. please don't take personal offense because this happens to a lot of people. most of the time i'm very exclusive with my roleplays because i get overwhelmed easily !!

008 → if the fandom says i have no oc's created for it, you can always ask me to make one and i'll tell you yes or no! it never hurts to ask :)

009 → you can also ask in the comments if i've seen a certain fandom and i can answer that !! not all of my fandoms are in this and sometimes i forget ones. never be afraid to ask

010 → please only comment under the forms page to talk about tagging with ocs. it annoys me if it's in the comments of the rules page or intro.

011 → we can roleplay in the comments or on discord, but i won't roleplay in pms. mine do not work and i cannot see messages when people send them to me.
