Kehlani and Ethan we're currently arguing over the best horror movie. "Notti the best movie is scream no doubt" she protested. He scrunched up his face " what nigga no it's Halloween" he argued back. she rolled her eyes at the boy.
"Ma?" Notti questioned. " hm" kehlani said putting her attention on the phone. " get ready imma take you somewhere".she blushed a little " like a date?".He nodded " yea now get ready I'll be there in like 45 minutes". She nodded and hung up the phone.

It had now been at least 35 minutes and kehlani wasn't done yet. She was currently swooping her edges, she didn't have to do much considering she had braids. Kehlani applied her lipgloss on her two toned lips, she rubbed her lips together.

Kehlani grabbed her white Marc jacobs bag heading out of her room, downstairs she looked up seeing her brother sitting there. " where you going?".He spoke making her playfully roll her eyes " with notti".her brother smirked " so y'all going on a date" she opened the door." bye Meir". She waved closing the door behind her.
Kehlani opened the passenger door getting in the car. She smiled " hey notti". " wassup ma, can I get a hug?" He questioned. She playfully rolled her eyes and leaned in as he did the same and hugged each other. " you smell good" he complemented.
"Thank you, where we going?" She blushed. " ok, you know how you been talking about that new movie you been wanting to see for weeks" he placed his phone down putting all his attention on her. She smiled hard showing her deep dimples " The blackening?". He nodded his head " mhm, we going to see that" he said pulling off.
"Notti?" She voiced. " hm" he hummed" can I ask you something?". He nodded " go ahead" she wanted to get her questioned put right-she wanted to find the right words for it. " what made you start talking to me?" He locked eyes with her before putting his attention on the road.
"At first it was because you were so quiet it seemed like you needed a friend, but as we got closer I realized how fun you are" he explained truthfully. She nodded her head " I'm not that quiet now ,am I?". He laughed at the girl " no, maybe it's because you warmed up to me". She smiled.

Kehlani sighed slipping out of her shoes, notti was sitting in her vanity chair. " I had fun, but nigga did all that over a card game" kehlani shook her head. " Right, it wasn't that serious" Notti laughed.
They were interrupted by a knock on the door from downstairs. " Get the door kay!" Nymeir yelled. Kehlani got up Notti following her. They walked pass her moms room she was in there working, kehlani opened the door revealing a pretty brownskin girl.
"Can I help you?" Kehlani questioned. The brownskin girl smiled " are you kehlani?". Kehlani shook her head " yes...".
"Well.. your my sister" the brownskin voiced
"WHAT?!" Kehlani looked shocked.
