I know the nurse can't really do anything so I take her to the hospital at my packs house I carry her bridal style and place her on my lap In the driver seat in my black jeep and rush to the pack doctor I say to the pack doctor she's my mate she got beat up she has a stab wound and bruises she passed out help her he nods his head as he finished cleaning the wound and stitching her up he says she should wake up soon she'll be really drowsy make sure she doesn't move a lot and talk to her calmly she doesn't have a concussion but she does have 2 broken ribs and she lost a lot of blood she should wake up In an hour or two make sure she rests a lot I say thank you and he exists the room I move a chair close to the hospital bed to sit next to her holding her hand she's so skinny she must not eat a lot she looks very pale she's very pale her long hair that reaches to her lap it's really long her small hands she's really tiny she has dark circles under her eyes like she hasn't slept in weeks but she's very beautiful the most beautiful girl I've ever seen I somehow fell asleep right next to her I feel her hand move my eyes shoot open she's turning side to side she then starts crying she's having a nightmare my poor mate she starts whimpering I get up from my chair and brush her hair saying it's ok it's ok I'm not going anywhere I'm never going to let anyone hurt you again I'm going to stay by your side no one will ever touch you again then I kiss her forehead then I sit back in my chair and rub my finger up and down her hand as I drift away to sleep.
