William gets a scent

William was still waiting for someone to fall into his trap. No one was taking the bait so far though which was a bit upsetting. He didn't like being stuck in this virtual world where there was nothing to do in here. It reminded him a lot of when he was stuck inside springtrap and those memories definitely weren't welcome back. He had heard talk of some people coming to test out the virtual reality system that had housed him…maybe they'd be dumb enough yet smart enough to collect all the tapes and join him in his virtual hell.
       Today was William's lucky day. A group of about five girls all in their early 20s were coming to test the game. It was a part of a promotional event held by The Entertainment company that the girls worked for. These girls were idols mostly known for their upbeat music and exciting performances. They were doing this event mostly for the game company that hired them because the company needed more money to continue working on the game.
        Most of the girls were happy to be there except for one. The girl who didn't want to be there was named Lila. She was the most popular member of the group but if people knew how she acted behind closed doors she definitely wouldn't be. She tended to be rude to the other members of the group but she acted perfect in kind out in public so no one suspected anything. She didn't want to be here but neither did William…they were a match made in heaven.
          As the girls entered the cameras were immediately on and recording. The crew made sure to capture every moment of their journey here. All of them were set up with their own headsets and they were ready to play. It was the moment they were in the game that William realized they were there. His eyes were immediately set on Lila. He knew she would be the perfect target.
          "I don't understand exactly what I'm supposed to be doing," One of the girls said.
          "I don't know, just act like you like it. Apparently we're supposed to make bank off of this or something" one of the other girls explained.
           Yet another girl chimed in. "I don't know I'm having fun with it"
            Amongst all of the chatter and conversation Lila was simply just playing the game and she was incredibly focused. There was something about the game that she ended up loving and she vowed that she would complete this game today or ask if she could take it home and complete it tomorrow. All she knew is that she had to see the end of this experience.
             Eventually she had gotten down to the last tape. With only one more to go She could finally see how this all ended but then she was told that her time was up. Once she took the headset off she ran over to where the supervisor for this was. "Can I please take the game home? I'm almost finished with it" She said as soon as she got into the man's office.
               He looked up at her. "Well I guess…as long as you bring it back within a timely manner I don't see a problem with it." He said Knowing that she could be trusted It would go against her contract to say anything about the game online or anything.
                "Oh my gosh thank you so much I promise I won't let you down I'll bring it back tomorrow probably" She said happily as she then walked back out to get the equipment and transfer it to her car.
                William was watching this girl the entire time she was playing. He saw massive potential in her and he just had to have it. He had to use that potential that was the only way he was getting out of here. He could feel that the console was being taken somewhere else because he had lost all contact with the game itself in the transfer. It was kind of terrifying but he's been through worse. plus the prospect of his plan finally coming to fruition was better than anything.
