“Jennie, we know that you are such a busy woman working on your business and your own goals but can we have a favor from you.”
her mom Jisoo, asked.
“What’s that all about and for?”
she asked as a reply.
“It’ll be for our new company project. But don’t worry we are partners with the TK Company and they will collaborate and help together with them to build the project.”
her father Jin, replied.
“TK Company..?” She asked with a confused frowning face because she doesn’t have any idea.
“Yes, the Taehyung Kim company. The family renamed it to their heir’s name.” Her dad Jin, explained.
“You must know Taehyung, your childhood friend.” Her mother added.
“Oh, yes.” She replied.
‘But honestly, I don’t know him. I just said that I do as a reply to my parents so there will be less talk.’
“Now, I’ll get going so I can work and finish some other stuff before the project you said will start. Bye mom and dad.” Jennie got out of their house, went to her car and drove to her workplace.
Jennie’s POV
I’m a very busy woman so I have no time for other things, just my priorities. Also, I’m kind of a selfish-like woman that I only want to put my own goals first before others’. But since the said project is big and is partnered with other company, I’ll just accept and do the favor. And also, I’m an only child who’s gonna heir everything and my parents are about to retire. About the childhood friend, I don’t really know and remember things about it. I don’t also really care about it because I’m going to meet and get to know him soon though, so what’s the point of wasting time minding it now.
“Taehyung, since your own business is all settled now and doing good. Maybe you can work for our new company project.” Tae’s dad said.
“What project?” Taehyung asked.
“You’ll know about it soon, but it’s a project that we will work on together with another company. The RUBY’s, the company of our family friend.” His dad said.
Taehyung’s POV
I don’t know how to feel and what to react about the said project. Honestly, I’m not glad about it because I have my own problems. Actually, I’m currently dealing with my own business’ problems. My family just think that it’s all settled and doing well. But whatever, I don’t have any other choice anyways, I’m the heir.
