Oh by the way in this chapter Lucy and Natsu are 7 years old

Prologue- The pinky promise

Third Person's POV

*Sob* *Sniff* *Sob*

That's what you all can hear to Lucy always after school because, she always get bullied by her classmates...but it all changed when he showed up

"Hey! Leave her alone!!!". A voice shouted, then Lucy held her head up to see who's that voice is from, and she sees a boy barricaded her and then one of the bullies replied

"Leave now!! Pinky if you don't want to get hurt". The boy bully threatened, then the pinkkette talked back

"Well, the one who's gonna get hurt here is you!!!". The pinkkette talked back, then the bully raised his fist in the air and ready to punch the pinkkette then Lucy says "Please stop" then a other bully replied "Stay out of this blondie" the bully pushed her fell in the ground "Ouch" Lucy exclaimed. The pinkkette got pissed and punched the bully who pushed Lucy and the other bully punched the pinkkette and the pinkkette spit the blood from his mouth and punched back the bully then the bully fell on the ground and then the pinkkette helped Lucy up and grab her hand and they ran away. And they stopped in the playground and the pinkkette asked her

"Are you okay?." The pinkkette asked with a worried face

"Y-yeah." Lucy stuttered. And the pinkkette asked again

"Why are they bullying you?." The pinkkette asked

"I don't...know." Lucy said in a low voice

"By the way. My name is Natsu Dragneel, what's yours?" Natsu asked as he smiled

Lucy smiled "My name is Lucy, Lucy Heartfilia." Lucy said

"You know, you look cute when you smile." Natsu said

Lucy pouted "You mean, when i don't smile i don't look cute." Lucy said

Natsu chuckled "No, what i mean is, you look even more cuter when you smile." Natsu said with a wide grin in his face

Lucy blushed "T-thank you." Lucy stuttered

"Luce" Natsu called, and Natsu held his hand in a "pinky promise form" and Natsu said "Luce held your other hand like this too." Natsu said to Lucy and Lucy held her hand like Natsu and Natsu interwineded his pinky finger in Lucy's pinky finger, and Natsu said "I promise i'll never leave you and I will always gonna protect you." And Natsu pulled his finger away, and Natsu said "Luce, let's be friends." And Lucy nodded and says "Sure" and they smiled to each other

{Time Skip: 6 months}

"WHAT!!!" Lucy shouted as tears flow down her cheeks

Natsu stayed silent, then Lucy said "Do you really have to leave?" Lucy asked

"We have to Luce, my dad's job was now placed in Osaka." Natsu said with a sad face

"B-but you p-promised me t-that you will not leave m-me." Lucy cried

"I know...but...i don't have any choice." Natsu said

Lucy continued to cry, then Natsu said "Luce" and Lucy looked at Natsu, then Natsu held out from his pocket a Key Necklace, and Natsu put it on Lucy's neck, and Lucy said "What is this for Natsu?" And then held out a another Necklace from his pocket and this time it's Small Pad Lock Necklace and Natsu puts the Necklace in his neck, he said "Luce, my necklace is small pad lock and yours is a small key, do you know why?" Natsu asked and Lucy replied "Why?" And Natsu answered "Because that key is only key that can open this pad lock, so when we see each other again someday, you have to open this pad lock with your key." And Lucy said "We...will each other again." And Natsu just nodded and Lucy said "What if we will not see each other" then Natsu cupped Lucy's face and Natsu said "We will see each other again i promise that" Lucy nodded and then Natsu's mother yelled "Natsu!! We'll be going now!!!" Natsu looked at Lucy again and he said "Goodbye for now, Luce" Natsu hugged Lucy and Lucy hugged Natsu back and they pulled away and Natsu ran to their car, then Lucy yelled at him she says "Goodbye for now!!!, Natsu!!!" Then Natsu stopped and ran back at Lucy and He stopped in front of her and he lean forward to Lucy and he kissed her forehead, which made Lucy blush and cried even more, Natsu pulled away and ran back to their car, once Natsu was in the car his dad started the engine and they drove away, Natsu waved goodbye to Lucy, and Lucy waved back.

Natsu's POV

While i was waving goodbye to Lucy, i mumbled to myself "I Love You Lucy, we will see each other again someday"

Lucy's POV

While i was waving goodbye to Natsu, i mumbled to myself "I Love You Natsu, we will see each other again someday"
