Grace's pov
As I sat on the bus with my hood up, I wonder if anyone would say anything. I laided my head on the window until we were at school
I walked in, and everyone was staring at me. I was confused, but I kept walking, and I heard peace whispering about me. I looked behind me, and there was nothing
I walked into my first class, and everyone was staring at me. Even though the teacher, I sunck down into my seat, and my leg bounced soon. Class was over, and I walked down the hall
I was so confused everyone was staring at me then to then it was lunch as always I went to the bathroom then I saw it I saw my reflection my heart stopped

How could I forget? I started to panic, and I ran out of the bathroom, and through the hall and I was out of school, I kept running until I got to a park
I collapsed under a tree, and I broke down. How could I forget? I felt people watching me, and I got up and started walking, then someone tapped my shoulder. "Grace?" I stopped

"Tyler," I said, turning around, and then I saw him, my old bestfriend "holy shit," he said, looking at me. "What happened?" he said, looking at me
Then I remembered I was just crying and I had a bruise "the bruise I fell and the crying.." I said zone out, then he hugged me."I'm sorry, " he said
"No, I'm sorry." I said I blocked him all because I needed a fresh start, and he didn't deserve that."It's ok, " he said, and we sat down. "So how have you been?" he asked,"Not the best. " I sighed
"I'm sorry," he said. "What about you?" I asked. "Nothing really, everyone keeps asking if I have heard from you," he said
"Really?" I said surprised "yes of course we miss you, " he said, and I smiled a little."I miss you guys too, " I said "well how's your new school?" He asked
"It's ass," I said, and we both laughed. "I'm sorry," he said while laughing. "Yea right, I joke,"so how did you fall? " he asked
I started making up a lie. "I was walking to school, and I tripped, and now I look so beautiful," I said sarcastically ." makes you look like a badass," he said, and I laughed
My phone started going off. "Do you need to get that?" he asked "nah its fine. " I said,'How's emma?" I asked."She's fine, but she missed you and won't shut up, "
I laughed emma as his little sister. She's 4 and so cute, then he got up. I looked at him "tag" he said, then I remembered our game of tag that's been going for 4 years
I jumped up, and he took off. I ram after him laughing, and I got him, and I jumped onto his back and then we both fell back laughing "I missed you" I laughed
"Me too," he said "wait don't you have school?" I said,"Maybe wait, don't you?" He said "shh" I said, putting a finger to my lips
And we both broke out laughing after we talked more. we both had to go. I hugged him but had to jump a bit because he was taller than me. "byee" I said. "You know what would be lovely?" he said
"What?" I asked. "If yoy would unblock me asshole," he said, and I started laughing. "I will." I said, and we both left. Once I got home, I saw dad. Once he saw me, he started yelling
"WHERE WERE YOU?" he yelled like he cared "school. " I said before I knew it he was in front of me and slapping me. I held my face, and I looked at him
I didn't know who he was, but he wasn't my father. I walked upstairs before he could do anything else, and I saw a bunch of calls and texts from Logan
I messaged him "sorry something came up," I texted, then I unblocked tyler
Me: Hey, stranger
Tyler: I was starting to think you were going to not unblock me😭
Me: damn maybe I should block you again then😘
Tyler: Don't you dare you little rat
Me:😭😭 damn shut up assface
I laughed and set my phone down, and faded off to sleep. Once I woke up, I looked at my phone a message from Tyler, and a message from logan
Tyler: You missed it. Someone said something about you, and Kara kicked there ass
I smiled at the message
Logan: Is that why you ran out of the school like God damn track star
I froze he saw me run out. I just spent the day at home texting with tyler. I decided to unblock the others
I woke up the next day and covered the bruise, and got dressed and left for school
Once I got there, everything looked at me
But for once, I didn't care. I had friends who talked to me as I walked to lunch. I decided to sit outside, and I just let myself relax
The rest of the day went by, and I was walking to the library. Once I sat down, he sat across from me, and I put my phone on the table as we worked my phone vibrated
I looked at it and saw I was added to a group chat and The first thing I saw was a video of Kara beating someone up and under tyler texted
Tyler:This is the fight I told you about
I laughed, and Logan looked at me, and we got back to work. After about an hour, Logan spoke up, "Why does your phone keep going off?" he asked
"My friends," I shrugged and looked at him "what" I said, confused while he stared at me. "You have friends?" he said "oh piss off. " I laughed, and he smiled a little
"Wait, did you just smile?" I said,"What, no? " he said."omg you total did. Aren't you like the guy who never smiles and is mean to everyone? " I said
He looked at me confused "what" he said, and I was about to answer before my phone went off. I looked at it
Kara: omg my love, you're back
I laughed she always called me my love. Logan looked at me them I got another text
Taylor: Come outside🤭
I was happy to hear from Taylor
Kara: Come onn grace, come outsideee
I was confused, and Logan asked me what was wrong and I got my stuff and got up and made my way outside, and I saw everyone
I stopped and them they ran up and hugged me and when they backed up I saw someone my heart stopped
"Aaron," I said, and he smiled, and I started walking slowly . He started walking, and we ran it was like we were in some cheesy movie
But I ran up and hugged him. "Nice to see you too little, cuz," he laughed. "I missed you so much," I said them I turning around and saw Logan
"Oh, this is Logan he's my friend?" I asked "mhm" he said. "I have to go, but can we do another tutor thing today since you kinda ditched me 2 times?" he said
"Yea, sure." I laughed, and he left
