An ambulance comes and puts Riho on a stretcher, but as they're taking her away, Liv does a Suicide Dive onto her, breaking the stretcher!
Liv comes back to her senses, and starts striking the already injured Riho more.
Super: OK, we gotta go to commercial break while this gets sorted out. Oh gosh...
