I didn't want to be there, but as a killer, I was his best student. So I had to be there to get the new recruit.
From what I could tell the plan was going well, Willie walked up to him, Maria got the cops out of the picture, Billy was on his skateboard, and the kid had run to the parking garage.
I didn't give a damn about what Lin said, I wasn't doing shit. Sure, I'll make sure everything goes according to plan, but he doesn't own me, I'll do what I want, when I want, with who I want.
Sitting on rooftops is usually a good vantage point... except for when your dumbass pier throws a smoke bomb and you can't see shit and your target is somewhere higher than you.
I stood up and jumped off the rooftop, hoping everything was going well with Saya. At this point I didn't care, so I jumped and landed on the sidewalk without any complications.
The sleeve of my jacket trailed up my arm as I walked back to school, they could deal with the cops, I was wanted for murder, and I don't have time to deal with that.
As I walked I heard the sirens, the sound of Saya's motorcycle, and gunshots, which was always a good sign. When I finally got back they were all walking in, so to say the least, I wasn't late.
I threw my hood up over my head and walked in before the others could.
"You know you could help." Maria rolled her eyes at me.
I didn't turn to look at her but still responded, "You know, you can kiss my ass." I rolled my eyes and stepped in, fiddling with the tip of my dagger in my pocket.
I heard her scoff but she didn't say anything else, and I followed Lin into a room. They sat him down and he had a bag over his head.
"He don't look like no psychopath to me," Willie said as soon as he was in the chair and we were all filed around the room.
"Can't judge a book by its cover," Saya mumbled back.
"But you can judge one by its smell," Billy stated as Willie pulled the bag off his head.
"He's cute," Maria stated immediately.
"You think everyone's cute, that's what makes you a whore." I rolled my eyes at her and ignored their presence.
Maria tried to lunge at me but Saya put her arm up in front of her, shooting a glare my way which made me roll my eyes again.
"I'm leaving," I stated and stepped out of the room, leaving the five alone, and I walked back to my dorm, tired of this place, but it was the only place I could go.

(A Day Later)I walked through the hallways, it had been less than two weeks since... As I walked the normal glares and stares from the students. Since that night I can't seem to shake the eyes that trail me...
I was the girl who killed her best friend, the girl who betrayed the one person who trusted her.
My eyes were glued to the floor as I walked toward my locker, I knew that no one would come near me anyways, at least that's what I thought.
I was nearly at my locker when I bumped into someone, My eyes flew up quickly to notice the kid from the other night, but I ignored him and rolled my eyes, continuing on my path.
When I turned my head I saw him by his locker, and the one and only Maria by him. It wasn't abnormal though, Maria was always looking for attention, sinking her claws into anyone who would let her.
I closed my locker and walked off to AP Black Arts. Class so far had been boring per usual, Master Lin just talking away, eyes looking at me constantly, and my eyes glued to the desk.
