Chapter 1

I was dreading my inevitable run-in with Andy Biersack. As my sister so graciously pointed out over the phone yesterday, it's nearly impossible to avoid someone that you practically live with.

Andy and I had run in the same crowds for years. We had many mutual friends. Matt Good, for example. And every time that Andy and I had been around each other, it ended in screaming matches and temper tantrums.

In my mind, he was nothing but an arrogant, self absorbed bastard. And once he gets a couple drinks in him? Forget it.

"Are you thinking about him again?" my thoughts were interrupted by Matt.

"No," I denied. Matt sat down across from me at the picnic table, a plate of strawberry pie in hand. He loved the food on Warped Tour.

"I don't believe you, Jules."

I sighed. "Fine. I just really don't want to see him."

Matt raised his eyebrows. "You have to understand. He's grown up a lot in the last few years. The last time you saw him, he was still just a kid."

"Oh really? Can kids down an entire bottle of Crown in seconds?" I argued.

Matt laughed. "Okay, fine. But he really has changed."

"Whatever. I don't intend to find out whether that's true or not," I stood my ground.

"Do you have to be so stubborn?" Matt questioned.

"Yes, Mathew. Yes I do," I said challengingly.

"Fine. Fine. Let's talk about something else. I think we should make a summer bucket list," Matt suggested.

"What?" I laughed.

"A summer bucket list. You know, we write down all the crazy things we want to do this summer and then try to accomplish them all. Come on, it'll be fun." Matt pleaded.

"Alright. I'm down."

"Yes!" Matt flung pie at me in excitement.

1. Buy an exotic animal and leave it on the bus to scare the crew

7. Start a prank war with Andy

8. Get a tattoo on my ass

"Now we have to swear to do everything on these lists, okay?" Matt ordered.

"I swear," I sighed, " But I want to watch you do some of those things."

(A/N) I know this is extremely short, but all I wanted to accomplish in this first chapter is a little insight on Juliet's perspective on Andy before he truly enters her life. I also wanted to show you guys how I perceive Juliet's personality (though I'm probably horribly wrong). I hope Matt and Juliet's relationship gave you a few laughs:) I love you guys. Chapter 2 will be much longer. Expect to see it in a few days.
