Chapter 17- I was drunk!!

Maira pov:
I woke up because of of a light which came outside of my window, it hit on my face.

"someone close the window pleasee, i hate it" i murmured. I turned to my left, my hand touched someone, i half opened my eyes, Dhrisha was sleeping beside me.

I opened my eyes fully and rubbed them, i tried to sit but my head started aching.

It hurts like hell!! What happened yesterday........

I tried to stand up but i felt a little dizzy.....yesterday memories flashed.

Me watching dhruv dance with kavya.....asking dhrisha to drink shots.

Oh shit! I got drunk!

Wait who took us home! What happened after I got drunk!

I took a shower, brushed my teeth and saw miss dhrisha sleeping in peace.
I tried to wake dhrisha up, i shook her from her shoulder.

"Dhrisha"
"hmmm"
"its morning"
"uh-hmm" she said nodding in no.
"Dhrisha!" i raised my voice.
"let me sleep devi, 5 minutes moreee" she said

Who is devi? Might be....... her sister she won't wake up like this.

" Hello uncle......yes.....your daughter got drunk yesterday....and now she is sleeping late." i pretended to talk on phone.

She woke up with a jerk and she fell down.

"I got what!" she shouted, i closed my ears.

"wait are you talking to my dadm.....wait a minute, why am I in your room!!" she said looking in my room.

"girl.....first- you were drunk yesterday and second i don't even remember how we got here" i said.

"i was DRUNK!!" she shouted again.
I had to cover my ears from bleeding.

"go babes change your clothes" i told her and gave her extra pair of clothes.

She literally ran in bathroom, i am not sure if she was drunk or not because i can't see any difference.

I decide to wait for her.
I am searching for my phone.

I found it was on the lamp post, i went to take it, there was a note and a tablet. I took the note and read it.

When you are sober, take the tablet which will help you to reduce your pain. I told aunty about it that you both were drunk.....and don't worry i took both of you home from kavya party and tell dhrisha that I messaged uncle through her phone and said you will have a sleepover....Do not worry.

He really cares about me as much he does for his mom. I lo- I mean I like his caring behaviour.

The bathroom door opened and she came.

We went downstairs, dad was watching news, Always in the morning.

Does dad knows that i was drunk, if yes.....then I AM DEAD today!

I took a breath and wished him"Good morning dad" he looked at me and nodded.

"g..good morning uncle" dhrisha was obivously nervous.

He nodded to her.

"You both Enjoyed the yesterday party?" dad said.

Oh No don't tell me he knows we were drunk yesterday!

Please god save me!!!

"Ac...tu.....a..al..lly" i shuttered.
Damn me, Why do I have to shutter now.

"What happened maira? Why are you shuttering?" dad asked.

"No..nothing...I wanted to te..tell-" i was cut off by mom.

"She is just scared that she came after 10, you said come before 10 pm thats why she is scared to tell you." mom said.

Thank you mom you saved me today.

My brain is just screaming this.

"Is it true?" dad asked and we nodded.

"Hmm... But next time don't come late and you don't need to be scared of me for these things." he said.

"I am sorry uncle"

"I am sorry dad"

Me and dhrisha said together.

Dad went to take his call. Mom came close and whispered.
"i didn't tell your father that you both were drunk"

"Thank you mom " i said.

"How you both got drunk?" mom asked.
I won't tell her the reason, i just shrugged.

"Aunty yesterday who brought us home?" dhrisha asked.

Nice question dhrisha, you just asked the right question.

"Dhruv and his friend came to drop you, you didn't trouble them right?" mom said.

Dhruv had to carry us, a memory flashed.

Me and dhrisha drunked, dhruv taking us home, he carried me!

I looked at dhrisha and she looked at me like she remembered the same.

I looked at mom and gave a sheepish smile and she like understood and shook her head.

After eating breakfast she went to her home back, I didn't saw dhruv from morning...I mean he didn't came to eat breakfast.

I decided to ask mom where is he, I will just give her a excuse.

"Mom where is dhruv?" I asked

She stopped washing dishes and she looked at me and and started doing again.

"He went college before you woke up." she said

What is the time that he went college early!

"by the way mom what's the time?"
I asked

"Wow princess remember now" she sarcastly said.

"It's past ten o'clock" she said.

That means I got up Late.
Haha that why mom is being sarcastic.

"why do you want to meet him?"
Mom asked.

Because I wanted see him i haven't see him for a while but Do you think I will say that!

My answer is.....NO!
I don't want to get killed.

"just wanted to say thank you" i said and shrugged.

She just hummed.

"mom i am going college"
"why u missed your two classes, and you want to go now" she said.

"I will go now and I missed only one class because second period is my free period so I have chance."
I said.

"Ok you can go but remember I didn't gave punishment for your drinking yet."

Now I am doomed!!

"Ok Mom I..i am going now" I shuttered little. I turned to go but i got slipped but i made my balance, mom looked at me.

"Ha..HaHa I am just clumsy" i said nervously. I ran in my room.
