Second game

Mayas pov
I wake up to see the beautiful Katie Robinson sleeping, my god she's beautiful all the time but she's extremely beautiful now. I get in her bed and she wakes up, looks at me and says " maya , you can get in anytime, I won't be complaining if we slept in the same bed. I put my hand on her thigh and kiss her my god she's a very good kisser. We break apart but keep our foreheads together, she says " that was unexpected but amazing, let's talk later, we need to get ready, serena has said we're both playing today". I shower and get dressed, I can't quite believe I'm here to be honest, it's like how mental is it, last year I was no where near being picked and now here I am at the World Cup with some of my best friends. The starting x1 is the same as the last game, which I'm completely fine with, Serena has said we're coming on in the second half, she has promised evrey player will play in this tournament and that's so important and inspiring because me and Katie know we're on the bench but Serena selected evrey player because she believes in us and believes we're good enough to go to a World Cup.

Katie's pov
I'm so nervous, me and maya are sat next to eachother on the bench, she holds my hand and says " don't worry you'll be amazing". I smile at her, I'm so grateful for our friendship and possibly more. It's already been announced I'm playing for u tied next season. Me and maya come on in the secound half, we're wining 5-0. Maya chips the ball to me I run onto,it and volley it into the top corner, not a bad first goal for England and the best thing is maya got the assist and was the first to congratulate me. We win the game 10-0, we've qualified for the last 16, but we still need to beet china, right now I've only got one thing on my mind maya. We get back to the hotel, we have three hours until dinner.  Me and maya go into our room, maya looks at me and says " our kiss this morning, was so good, I've wanted to,do it since I first met you, I really like you Katie as more than just a friend". I  approach her and she falls on her bed and pulls me down with her I say " I really like you to maya, i gravesite ce I first met you, so why don't we just stop talking and start kissing, it's obvious we both want to". We both lean in, it's like geting a bolt of electricity through you,I do t,want it to stop, it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling, we break apart for a secound  then sit up a,d talk,,I'm so happy she fells the same way as me.
