Chapter 1

Rain's phone was turned off... So was Phayu's - according to Prapai...

Sky had been looking for Rain for like half a day already, he didn't show up in the morning to class and he didn't come later for the other class... Phayu too...

"Maybe they left for something urgent? Maybe something was up with either Rain's parents?"

Prapai had suggested on the phone but Sky didn't buy it, It was very unusual for both of them to fall off the face of the earth unannounced like that...

"Maybe you can check the garage? It's unusual but there were times when Phayu stayed there when there was enough work to keep him busy... I will finish my meeting and meet you there..."

Sky hesitated but agreed anyway, he was growing increasingly worried by the minute...

Sky didn't go to the garage that much before... Rain was a semi-permanent feature there and so was Prapai... but not him...

So when he went in and found the place eerily calm, he didn't realize something was wrong till it was a bit too late...

He started calling out hoping one of them would answer... anyone really would...

"P'Phayu !! P'Saifah... Anyone there?"

Sky called a couple more times till he noticed that the garage was not exactly empty... there was a phone zinging as well he could hear in the silence...

He could see a car with its hood open... some tools scattered around... and then he saw it... someone was on the floor near the car...

He ran to said someone fearing that it might have been Phayu... he might have hit his head or something... which would explain the lack of answering calls...

except that it wasn't Phayu... It was Saifah... and he looked worse for wear than just a simple hit on the head... and now that Sky had noticed the entire place around was wracked a bit and there were some blood spots on the floor already...

it looked like there was a fight there somehow... a bad fight that ended up with P'Saifah injured and hurt...

Sky sat on his knees and tried to shake Saifah awake... He didn't budge... Not even a pained whimper and Sky was beginning to panic... He pulled his phone out of his pocket and called Prapai... he should have met him there anyway... Maybe he could hurry and bring a doctor or an ambulance with him...

Prapai answered after the first ring... like always...

"My Sky! Did you manage to find Yu or Rain?"

"P'Pai... Come quickly... P'Saifah is hurt in the garage and there's no one there but me?"

"Hurt ?!! How Hurt ??!!"

"The place looked like it had been trashed and there was some sort of a fight, P'Pai... Come quickly and bring a doctor or something... Please..."

Sky already could hear Prapai turn the ignition... He had no idea when Prapai had managed to move from the office to the car already... but the idea that Prapai - being who he was - would probably break all the speed rules to get to them scared him a bit... one person injured and bloody was enough already...

"P'Pai... Drive carefully... Please..."

"Don't worry about me, My Sky... Just keep Fah company and I will be there in mere minutes..."

Sky put his phone next to him on the floor and pillowed Saifah's head on his thigh... He could feel his labored breath and hear him a bit whizzing... He heard his phone going off a couple of times but He couldn't focus on that, it must have been someone from the faculty or something, the most pressing matter would be to make sure Saifah remained safe...
