As I walked down the rusty steps that lead to my Apartment, I heard a weird noise. It sounded like a rattle from a rusty roof. I looked over and saw it was just old man Sam's house. He hadn't been there in years so I went to go check it out. I knocked on the big white door that was starting to rot. No one answered, and the door was locked. I walked around the house and saw a stream I've never noticed before. In the stream something caught my eye, it was a big water jug tied to a tree. As I went to pick it up I saw clothes and a knife. Maybe it was a trick, a sick cruel trick. So I kept looking around and found a bone upstream. It looked like a human bone covered in hair. The bone was like a leg bone, long. This has to mean something! As I kept looking I heard more noise but this time there was no wind. This noise sounded like a scream for help. I looked towards the old garage where the sound had come from. And then there was a loud scream. Someone needed help, so I went to the garage door but it didn't budge. I looked through one of the windows and saw a girl hooked to the wall. She seemed hurt so I said I would get her help. I don't think she heard me so I ran to go get to my apartment so I could get my phone. As I was running my hand was grabbed and I was pushed to the ground. I was trying to get free but a male voice said " you're not going anywhere". Then a towel was placed on my face and I was out. When I woke up I couldn't move my body just my head. I saw the girl I was trying to help she was asleep. I looked more as my eyes adjusted to the darkness, I saw a man sitting in a desk chair he had long hair, and a long beard. He reminded me of a biker, he looked mean. He spoke "So, you know where you are?" I acted as if I where asleep. He got up and came over. "I know you are awake." he said in a deep voice. I kept my eyes closed, my breathing deep so maybe I could just fall asleep, escape the nightmare that was coming. I heard the girl rattle around, she had finally awaken. So I wasn't alone with Mr. Biker dude. He went over to the girl as she pleaded " don't hurt me, Mike don't hurt me." He slapped her " don't say my name in your dirty mouth ever again" he had said. She stayed quiet the rest of the time her was there. Before he left he had said " don't go anywhere" and laughed. He was a sick cruel man.

When what felt like an hour went by she spoke " he said he loved me, would never do anything to hurt me, now look at me." As I listened I knew she was telling the truth, there was hurt and sadness in her voice. I looked at her she had long brown hair, bruised face, and it looked like she had been starved once or twice because her body never went back to normal form. I asked her if she was ever aloud outside or if she was ever able to call anyone I knew the answer was going to be no but I wanted a conversation. She told me that I should always answer when talked to. "How long have you been in this garage?" She didn't answer because Mike had come back right when I asked her. " 4 months" he said. Now he knew I was up and talking great. " How long do you want to stay here" he asked me, I wanted to scream not long in his face but I resisted the urge. He came closer and you could tell he had been out drinking and smoking "answer me" he said. I tried but nothing came out. Then I saw his hand go up, I can't believe that the man that had taken me was just about to slap me. Then there was a loud thud, he had hit the wall behind me, " so we got a mute do we? Cherry did she talk to you?" I looked over hoping she would say no but as the words came out they were cold as ice. "She also asked me questions" she said. Wow thanks. This is all happened because I was trying to be nice. When I was little I was scared of older men but as I got older I though well now they don't want me and they can't get me well here I am stuck in silence as Mike watches me and Cherry eats loudly. She got rewarded for telling I talked and all I got was a slap to the face. As I held my face I thought about how my puppy was at home wondering where I was, hungry, and feeling that I abandoned her. That was how I felt why hadn't anyone come looking for me, my car was at the apartment, and I hadn't answered my phone. A slammed door got me out my trance. Maybe someone came looking, I was wrong. It was our "night guard". I learned that his name was Butch and he didn't hit us or yell at us. Later that night he put on a movie.  When I got the courage to ask to go to the bathroom, I was surprised when he let me go alone. This man was defiantly not like Mike.
