"Give me a 1-1-2,"
Yagi commanded as the sounds of gunshots followed with a zoned in Midoriya laying into Yagi's mitts.

Pushing the pace Yagi was restless with Midoriya as the boy hit the pads with complete focus, before Yagi jabbed him following it with a right hook, which were both dodged by Midoriya as he took a step back to build distance.

"1-4-1-6"
Yagi shouted as Midoriya followed with a jab, power hook, jab and then a power uppercut. "Good Good," Yagi exclaimed as he felt the dynamite of Midoriya's fist hit his mitts.

"With your long arms rather than following up with multiple looping shoots put a jab inbetween every shot to keep a distance where your opponent cant hit you and to cover their vision,"

"And when they do get in?"
Midoriya questioned wiping sweat off his face.

"The only way they be able to get in is if they duck and rush in or else you'll just jab them to death,"

"And if they do?"

"Kill them with an upper cut straight up the middle,"
Yagi explained shadowing the motion as Midoriya smirked imagining an opponent falling to the uppercut.

"Fuck yeah, When do I get to fight Ricardo?"
Midoriya questioned with maliciously excited eyes.
Yagi began to laugh before putting his hand on the boy's shoulder.
"You're years till then,"

Midoriya's face scrunched in disgust.
"What!? Why can't I just fight him now,"
Irrated the teen shot glared towards his coach who motioned for him to calm.

"Because he is the world champion and you're barely a month into training,"

"That doesn't matter in a fight. I'll knock his jaw off,"
Midoriya motioned a 1-2-3, as Yagi bursted out into laughter, "You wouldn't even be able to land a punch on Ricardo, come on, you haven't even gotten your liscenes yet,"

"FUCK, how long is that gonna take, can't I just go in there and knock him out,"
Midoriya shouted ripping off his gloves and throwing them to the floor.

"The exams take one day, and you have to earn the right to fight the strongest in the world, it's not something that everyone gets the privilege of,"
Yagi explained grabbing the boy's gloves as the teen began peeling off his hand wraps shaking his head in frustration.

"Then can't I just take the exam now,"
He tried to reason throwing his hands up.
"No the exam takes place the first of every month and you aren't ready for it yet,"

"Bullshit, I can take anyone on right fucking now,"

"When were gloves made required in boxing?"

"..."
Midoriya looked dumbfounded from the question.

"Okay then what Ounce gloves does the featherweight divison use,"

"FUCK I DONT KNOW,"
Midoriya shouted as Yagi's point was made, "If you can't answer any of these you won't become a pro,"
Yagi lectured as he threw Midoriya's gloves into the boy's bag.

"Then tell me the answers,"
Midoriya refined as Yagi shook his head, "You need to study's that book I gave you," Midoriya groaned as he took his bag.

"Fuck,"
Midoriya cursed out as he waived the coach away.
"I'm not gonna need this shit anymore, tomorrow the day I become the best,"
Midoriya mischievously mumbled as he passed a playing television.

"Tomorrow night shall be the night that decides the best in the world, Ricardo Martinez will face.."

"Me,"
Midoriya interrupted as he clenched his fist smiling widely seeing the champions expressionless face.

"I'll take that belt,"

Foolishly Midoriya truly thought he could beat the strongest in the world, ignoring the words of his friends and coach and only thinking of beating Ricardo Martinez.
Exiting the train, Midoriya has landed in Saitama, the home to Saitama super arena and where his life would be changed.

Ignoring the busyness of the city, Midoriya made his way to straight to the Super Arena, with only a single thought on his mind, "I'll knock his jaw off," he mumbled to himself moving past posters of Ricardo and his opponent.

"Where is he tho,"
Midoriya questioned to himself, only now realizing that he had no clue where to look to find Ricardo but only that he would be her.

Wondering endlessly Midoriya came to a second realization, "Where the fuck am I," he questioned lost in a hallway with multiple fighters warming up around him with chaos going on as two men ran down the hallways.

"WE NEED A FEATHERWEIGHT REPLACEMENT CAN ANYONE STEP IN,"
A loud voice shouted looking around trying to find anyone that would step in, "COME ON, ANYONE AT 125 POUNDS WILL DO," the voice shouted once more this time catching Midoriya's attention.

"ILL DO IT,"
He shouted catching everyone's attention as he raised his hand, "I SAID FEATHERWEIGHT NOT WELTERWEIGHT," the voiced shouted with irritation as Midoriya nodded his head, "I'm 125," he explained as everyone's eyes widen staring him up and down, Midoriya stood a towering 6'1 compared to the average featherweight that was 5'5 he had 8 inches on them.

"SOMEONE GET ME A SCALE AND A OFFICIAL,"
The voice shouted dragging along Midoriya.

"Your name?"
The official questioned checking Midoriya's pupils,
"Midoriya Izuku,"

"How many fights have you had,"
The official further questioned motioning him to step on the scale,
"None officially,"
The ref nodded his head, 'An Ameatur making his debut on short notice, he's ballsy,' the official thought to himself completely misinterpreting Midoriya's words.

"He comes out to be 125 flat, he's good to fight,"
The official announces as the man hollering for a replacement fight brings Midoriya everything he needs.

"GET HIM READY HE'S UP NEXT,"
The Coach shouted as they dedresssed Midoriya's revealing his tattoos, getting multiple looks of disdain as they wrapped his hands and let him put on a pair of shorts.

"Okay warm up, and What's your ring name?"
The official questioned as Midoriya began moving his shoulders and arms,

"The Reaper of Nippon"
