Slight A/N
So can I just say I can't help but feel guilty for this poor little girl. I mean yes she was a bio-weapon created as a little girl filled to the brim with mold throughout her DNA function. She's still just 10 years old, her mind was so dysfunctional that she was made into a villain. She just wanted to be loved by anyone, she only went about it the wrong way because she was treated like a weapon not a little girl. Had she been treated better I'm sure the Dulvey Louisiana incident with the Bakers would've never happened. Although, we wouldn't have had a video game lol. I'm just saying, had she been treated and raised as a little girl instead of a deadly weapon, she wouldn't have felt so neglected and hated throughout her life. So I'm going to go through the whole Video game of the Bakers, Ethan, Mia, all that. But I'm going to put in a timeline/"memories" in the book so it sounds like how I want to make it.

Name: Dr. Viorica Balan
Profession: She's a Pediatric Doctor for children. It's necessary because even though Eveline is a human/Bio-weapon she is a child.
Story: Dr. Miranda and Viorica went to the same medical school at college they were both at the top of their classes in their degrees so she confided in Viorica to help her with a special project she was informed of with a man named Spencer. Viorica agreed because Dr. Miranda informed her of there being a child involved. Dr. Miranda may or may not have used that to her advantage because of her love for wanting to help children. Her parents were foster parents, the best ever, Viorica was a Romanian orphan that was a foster child to her parents and was later adopted because they loved her. They didn't stop their foster care and Viorica helped out with the kids which inspired her wanting to go into pediatric care for children. So Dr. Miranda used that to her manipulation.
Slight Summery with Eveline: After meeting Eveline she slowly started growing attached, everyday when she had alone time with her she would sing her songs, do her hair, give her baths, and dress her in different clothes sometimes make her clothes with her own sewing kit she brought. Eventually the Doctors and Scientists get wind of this and try to separate the 2 of them and that's when the hurricane came in and Eveline destroyed the boat to not only stop Mia from taking her down, but to also allow Viorica and her to run away and find shelter to live a happy life together.
