The door to the cafe Arya was sitting in had been swung open causing everyone's heads to turn towards the disruption. The culprit of the distraction was a blonde with a face beaming of happiness. Arya didn't pay much attention but could tell they were very upbeat and positive so she decided to get up and go somewhere else to resent her brother. As she was packing up the notebook she used the blonde stranger was waiting for her order.

Arya stood from her seat, picked up her bag and made her way to the exit. The blonde was on the same path towards the door. A collision was waiting to happen. And it did. The blonde bumped into Arya as they were both reaching the door. They had caused another disruption. This was the last straw for Arya. It was the final push and she snapped, "Seriously?!" She yelled, "Watch where your going blondie!"  The blonde was just stood there in shock. "I- oh my days- I am so so sorry. I didn't think we were going to crash. I am so sorry." They finally stuttered out.   Arya wasn't having any of it, not after the day shes had, " Sorry isn't going to stop my chest from burning is it? Sorry isn't going to dry and clean my clothes." Arya seethed.  "It's not. I'm so sorry. I'll pay for it to get cleaned." The blonde desperately tried to resolve the problem.  "No, you've already done enough." Arya said and stormed out the cafe while the blonde just stood there and picked up their now empty coffee cup. They walked back towards the end of the line and stood there taking in their surroundings even though they come to the cafe daily.

They noticed nothing drastic had changed since yesterday. The walls were still a calming eggshell and the menu was still written on chalkboards above the wooden countertops littered with sugars and napkins that have been displaced from their holders due to customers in a rush. Servers were busy making drinks, shouting names and collecting cups. The blonde always admired what they were doing because it had to have been quite a high demand job. Remembering everyone's orders, regulars names and orders, remembering to collect dishes. It was a lot and the blonde deeply admired them for those reasons.

Finally it was the blondes turn to order. "Already dropped it?" The server, a sweet young adult called evie, asked them. "Technically, I didn't drop it, i bumped into someone and then spilt it over them." The blonde replied. "Oh my days that's so embarrassing. I would pass away." Evie gossiped. "Yeah, yeah, can i just get another one please evie?" "Of course, it's already made for you. Who do you think i am? Honestly, Valentina I thought you would know me better than that by now." Evie replied with a joking shake of her head an a disappointed face.
