The day before the meeting

Y/n POV

I woke up and did my morning routine as always it was early in the morning and the sun hasn't came out yet and I wanted to watch it come up so I quickly did my things I needed to do and left my room

I went somewhere that you can see the sun rising perfectly I hopped onto the tree waiting for the sun to rise

I looked at my right side to see a boy with a mohawk on the other tree too

As the sun was rising I decided to talk to him

"The sunrise is very beautiful right?"

I said

He quickly turned to me

'I guess he didn't know I was here in the first place'

He was blushing and kept stuttering

"O-oh y-yeah wh-whats yo-your na-name"

He turned red fast

'i guess he's shy with girls'

"I'm l/n y/n how about you?"

I gave him a smile

"O-oh I'm Shinazugawa Genya"

He said

"It's nice to meet you Shinazugawa were you here to see the sunrise too?"

I asked

"Yeah I was finished on a mission yesterday and I came here to recover from my injuries and when I woke up i sneaked out of my bed and came here how about you?"

"Well my friends name is Kanao and she let me stay here in the butterfly mansion and Shinobu trained me to get stronger after my first mission with Kanao and I tagged along with her missions since the master let her, and I've been living here for about 2 months"

"That's nice I think I've seen you before am I right?"

"I think too were you the guy at the final selection who's arm got broken by a guy"

"Y-yeah i apologized to the girl I grabbed since I felt bad, it was bad of me to do that"

He said in embarrassment

"I see but I hope you changed, last time I saw you, you were short and your hair was different. You've became more different the last time I saw you. And the fact it's only been 2 months"

'did he got a glow up or something?'

I thought

"I guess but I promised I changed I'm not that mean to girls no more. I see you have changed too. You grew a bit taller than before"

"Oh really how tall?"

"Well you looked about 4'9 the last time I saw you but your like 4'10?"

"Close enough I'm 4'11 but I have really grown that much am I right?"

"True"

"Y/n where are you?!"

I realized the voice was Aoi I quickly came down from the tree and signaled Genya to climb down

"Yes Aoi?"

She turned around to see me with Genya

"Oh there you are"

"Yeah"

"Why are you here with me Genya?"

"Oh we were just watching the sunrise together"
