Ophelia's POV:
I just want to get it over with. I want to kill Courtney. She was really annoying.
The summer went by quickly. The days were short and blurred together. School started again quick. No one really bothered me and y/n anymore...except Courtney. She was always all over Y/n like before. Of course she would try to deny it or do it when I wasn't around. It infuriated me. He's fucking mine. No one else's. School was starting soon. I absolutely hated school. I was so ready for it to end. This was our last year of high school...it felt like I just left middle school. God. As much as I hated school, I'm was gonna go to collage. I needed and wanted a good job. I had one layed out. It was perfect. It fit my....addiction if you will. Killing was now an addiction...I think. I could live without it, but I loved the thrill...the adrenaline.
That's how I was when I was younger, just with stealing...not killing.
I looked over to Y/n who was beating me for once at Mortal kombat. I snapped out of my thoughts and completely wrecked him.

"What?! This isn't fair!" He exclaimed.

I laughed and looked at him.

"Do you wanna go on a walk?"

He looked at me puzzled and laughed nervously.

"Baby it's-" he looked down at his phone.
"It's 8:32 darling! It's rather late don't you think?"

"What?! It's not that late! Come on baby...please"

He looked at Ophelia and saw her face. She looked like she was a little kid wanting ice cream.

Y/n's POV:

"Okay" he smiled.

"Yay!" God she was so cute when she smiled like that.

We walked throughout the neighborhood. We went into some trees and we got to the fountain. The sunset was beautiful, reflecting off of the water. She sat on the edge of it and ran her fingers through the water that looked like a mix between orange, pink, and purple due to the sunset. Her grey-green eyes appeared lighter and tinted a purple color as they were completely on the scenery. I sat next to her and admired it as well. I felt her hand trace to mine while she was still admiring it.

"It's crazy how beautiful earth can be but how horrible the people are"

She was right. I never thought I'd hear something so...true? No. Something about earth. She looked at me.

"Y/n...can i ask you something?"

"Yeah?"

Her eyes shimmered.

"Can I marry you one day?"

My heart skipped a few beats. I felt my face burning.

"Well what kind of a question is that? Yes Ophelia, we can get married"

Was she proposing? No she asked if they could someday. I couldn't say no. I love her so much. She means the world to me. I would absolutely love to live with her for the rest of our lives. Her eyes were glassy and she smiled.

"Thank you Y/n"

My eyes fluttered as our lips met. She hugged me tightly. I've never seen her so serious about our love.

"Your mine y/n....mine till the end of time.."

My heart fluttered. She really did love me. I knew she did but I just...I just now thought about it. I never thought she could be so...heart to heart. Our love is beautiful. I felt my eyes pool. She kissed me passionately. Her dark hair waved through the wind as well as mine. Her arms were wrapped around my neck and mine trailed to her waist. Her kisses, her hugs, her cuddles, her love.... was amazing. I loved these kind of moments. That's what I lived for.

Just then, we heard a click. We pulled away and looked over. There was an old lady holding a camera. She was small and was wearing a white dress with little blue flowers all over and a lavander jacket. She had big round glasses making her blue eyes bigger.

"Oh I'm sorry children, you two were just so adorable and I thought I'd take the time to take a photo of the scenery and you as well!"

Her voice was chimey and kinda raspy. I couldn't help but smile and look at Ophelia who was blushing madly.

"Your okay ma'am, can I see it?" Ophelia spoke while holding both my hands in hers.

The lady smiled and nodded and me and Ophelia went to her. She shook the photo as the color went to it. She held it out for both of us to see. It was...beautiful.
The pinkish orange sun was behind our bodies and the sky was illuminated with purple, pink, and orange. The sky was a purple-blue color and the clouds were orange and pink. She handed the photo to Ophelia.

"It saves to my camera as well, so you can have this" She smiled

"Thank you so much ma'am!"

The lady took my shoulder and leaned my ear to her level.

"Please stay happy together, there is barely any true love.. do you mind if I send this to the court house and they put it in the paper?" My eyes widened

"Of course! I don't mind that!" The old lady smiled.

"Okay thank you! You two take care!" She turned around and took Ophelia's hand.

"Young lady, you are very beautiful, no matter what the others say, you are beautiful and nothing can change that. Embrace your beauty." Witht hat she turned around and walked away.

Once she was out of sight Ophelia started crying. I panicked.

"Ophelia! Baby what's wrong? Love?"

I hugged her, trying to comfort her.

"I-i...that was so sweet..." I smiled as she hugged me back.

Ophelia's POV:

No matter who said something like that to me, which wasn't many, I never believed them. But how she worded it...

Yall I was listening to "teen romance" at the part where they are sitting at the fountain. Perfect-
