Aspen walks to Willa after the school bell rings. ( I know in the movie they graduated, but not in this chapter) "Hey Willa, I was wondering if you would like to go with me on a picnic?" Aspen asks. "A picnic? Sure" Willa answers with a smile.
Aspen sets the picnic and food. Willa walks up and sits. They eat and chat. Aspen looks at Willa. Willas hair was swaying slightly in the wind. Aspen gets a weird feeling and thinks Willa is so gorgeous. Aspen thinks they like Willa. Curious, Aspen texts Addison.

Aspen smiled. "What's up?" Willa asked, trying to look at their phone. "Nothing" Aspen says, pulling their phone back.
Later, the sun was setting. "Willa, I have something to tell you" Aspen said, hand shaking slightly. "Yes?" Willa asked, looking right into their eyes. "I-I like you, I don't mean in a friend way-" Aspen was cut off as Willa kissed them. The kiss was soft. Aspen was shocked but then returned the kiss. "I like you too" Willa says, hugging Aspen.
They ended the night looking at the stars. Willa leaned on Aspens shoulder. From the bushes, Addison smiled. Alan, Addison, Zed and Wyatt high fived. This whole time they were spying. "FOUND YOU!" Aspen and Willa say, popping up in front of them. The group screams as Willa and Aspen laugh. They all walk back to their homes, Willa and Aspen hand in hand. Aspen walks Willa home. "Goodnight" Aspen says. Aspen walks away until Willa runs behind them, grabs their waist and turns them to her. Willa kisses Aspen again. "Goodnight" Willa says, running back inside.
