"Your on in a minute M" Rook reminded me.

"Ok thank you" I headed out of my dressing room and walked backstage until I had to go on. I heard the beginning of Are You Ready For It come on and that's when I knew I needed to make my way on stage.

I saw Kells come over to me and stop me "Good luck." he said. I just smiled at him and headed out to the middle of the stage. The crowd got louder when I stepped out.

I stopped in the middle right in front of where Rook's drums would be "Are You Ready For It." The crowd got even louder. This was my fisrt time ever performing on a real stage besides a bar.

"Knew he was a killer first time that I saw him, Wonder how many girls he had loved and left haunted, But if he's a ghost, then I can be a phantom, Holdin' him for ransom, Some, some boys are tryin' too hard, He don't try at all, though, Younger than my exes but he act like such a man, so, I see nothing better, I keep him for ever, Like a vendetta-ta"

"I-I-I see how this is gon' go, Touch me and you'll never be alone, I-Island breeze and lights down low, No one has to know, In the middle of the night, in my dreams, You should see the things we do, baby, In the middle of the night, in my dreams, I know I'm gonna be with you, So I'll take my time, Are you ready for it?"

I was on stage for about an hour. Half an hour through the show I was already sweating. I was finishing up my last song before Kells comes on stage.

"Is it cool that I said all that, Is it too soon to do this yet?, 'Cause I know that it's delicate, Isn't it delicate?" I finished the last line of the song

"San Diego! Are you ready for Machine Gun Kelly!" I yelled into the mic and the crowd grew louder. "I wish I could stay out here longer with you guys. You guys are an amazing crowd. I'm so lucky to be here. I love you San Diego!" I walked off stage and was greeted by Kells giving me a hug.

"You were amazing out there" he said. "They really loved you"

"I had fun out there. Thank you so much for this opportunity." I said pulling away. "I'm going to back to my dressing room to freshen up. Have fun out there." I said as I started to walk away.

I walked to my dressing room and laid down on the couch that was sitting there. I laid there for about twenty minutes and then I heard a knock on my door. I sat up "Come in." They opened the door and it was Rook. "Hey. Shouldn't you be getting ready to go on stage."

"Yeah, but Kells wants to know if you wanna sing Bad Things with him on stage."

"Tell him I would love to"

"Ok well I gotta get going." he said trying to leave.

"Well I'll see you out there and good luck" he walked away "Love you!" I yelled at him/

"Love you too" I heard him yell back.

I loved Rook as a friend. Not in any romantic way. The last time I loved him that way was in high school. I told him that I don't want our friendship to be ruined. So we're going to stay just friends. I also told him that if we weren't married by forty or fifty we could marry each other.

About five minutes later I heard Kells on stage singing and the crowd going crazy.

I left my room around half an hour after he got on stage, just because of sweaty I was from performing. And there was air conditioning in the room.

I got to where I could see Kells on stage and where I could watch the show from side stage. "Alright I wanna bring Mercedes back out to perform this one with me" he said into the mic.

I was handed y microphone and Kells came over to me and grabbed my hand and pulled me out on stage. The tune of Bad Things started to play and the people in the crowd screamed. I brought the mic to my lips.

"Am I out of my head? Am I out of my mind? If you only knew the bad things I like, Don't think that I can explain it, What can I say? It's complicated, Don't matter what you say, Don't matter what you do, I only wanna do bad things to you, So good, that you can't explain it, What can I say? It's complicated" I had just then noticed that Kells was still holding my hand. Once he started rapping his part he let go. I really wish he didn't

About two hours later we were at a hotel. I was beyond tired so I decided I was going to lay in the bed. 'This is much better than those stupid bunks on the bus' I said to myself. Before I fell asleep I posted a story on Instagram so my fans, friends, and family knew how the first show went.
