You finally park at the diner.

"I..my god my head.." You held your head as you walked into the decorative diner very 70's style. Mister SandMan played on the radio as you enter the desolate diner there was two workers.

"Hello~ there young man what would you like of course you can have the daily special or check the menu" The waitress behind the counter said as you walked over.

She wore the standard clearly issued outfit for diners red with blue and white accents quite the beautiful older lady.

"Yeah I'll take some pancakes and some milk if you don't mind" You take a seat at the counter.

"Oh sir by your jacket you're in the military?" She said as she looks at your jacket for a moment with interest.

"Yeah served as the 223rd artillery regiment.." You say as you softly smile.

"Oh here I'll give you the military discount hun don't worry alright you won't have to pay thank you for your service!" She says as she smiles and gets to work on your food.

"Oh uh thank you ma'am" You say as you try to forget your time in the serve but the jacket is the only memory you hold dear as you think back to your time in service...

You were tossed into the sandy dirt as Trey laid next to you you were bindings.

Three figures dress in black uniforms face wrapped you can't see well anyway your face cut, slashed, beaten.

"American you want your freedom you kill" one member said as he points to Trey.

Trey laid there on the floor they took off your bindings and handed you a crude baseball bat poorly carved but it was blunt asides for glass and a nail at the end..

Trey..your buddy and friend looked in fear as you stand over him brandishing your bat that day was one you will never forget.
